Too bad most contemporary entertainment is thriving in mediocrity. You definitely support it in some way or another (movies, books, music). I bet one of the last three movies or books you've read was mediocre from beginning to end but you didn't even think about it because your used to it. FF12 has inspiration and energy behind it. Maybe you should think about what mediocre means.
