What was the point of this trailer? We already had characters introduced before. Give us gameplay.

When has Rockstar ever done a gameplay trailer? They don't. They make cinematic trailers that are a mix of stylized gameplay and cutscenes. It's their MO, they've been doing this for 10 years.

Ok, Rockstar are starting to win me over by bringing the goofiness back. Looks like a nice compromise, although I'll be honest, Franklin was the most boring of the three trailers.

Cliched portrayal of a black guy trying to leave the hood, there doesn't seem to be much depth to his character besides that. You can say Trevor is also a bit of a cliche but he suits the role of being the main character in GTAV quite well, and Michael definitely isn't cliche.
So Michael>Trevor>Franklin.

Hell no. Those graphics are easily doable by current gen consoles, you'll just have terrible IQ and framerate as usual.

Well, if there is a PS4 and Durango version it will be a Xbox 360 port version ( because is more similar to PC than PS3 ) with full MSAA and 1080p and maybe some effects like motion blur and draw distance improved.
