Yeah. Ties have no deflector shields, so they get hit once, they're done for.Tabris said:Well if you think about it, it's not like the rebels will have new models for everything. It's going to be a bunch of broken down ships they re-worked and got running.
and as for the Imperials, maybe it's cause everything is mass-produced and cheap. (didn't it take like 1 shot to take out those tie fighters?)

Episode 2's actually not as bad as Episode 1. I much prefer the angsty acting (whenever Anakin's around Portman) and terrible love scene dialogues over the bland kid actor and Jar Jar focus. There's just a lot more focus on serious characters (ie not the Gungan leader) in comparison with the first.Krieg said:I used to love Star Wars... then Episode 1 came out.
I have yet to even bother watching Episode 2.![]()
Vormund said:Another possibilty is that "Yes Master" was pasted from another scene for the trailer.
Vormund said:But, in the trailer the voice was James Earl Jones, so he was in the suit already.
Unless Anakins fall to the dark side changes his voice regardless.... doubt it though.

Dan said:Hmm, Sidious in the Senate chamber? That red cloak is downright creepy.
Yes, butManaByte said:Well, he does have to declare himself Emperor sometime...
Dan said:Yes, butI guess that happens after, if at all.I thought I read that the Senate chamber is destroyed in the film, so I wasn't really expecting a formal declaration in front of his 'peers'.

I guess, but I swear I heard what I wrote from a rather definitive source. Then again, I'm trying not to follow this stuff as best I can.SteveMeister said:One of the big events that's mentioned in Episode IV is that the senate has been dissolved. Remember Princess Leia saying "The Imperial Senate will not sit still for this?"
Seriously, it seems like Lucas isn't even trying to keep this on under wraps.btrboyev said:jesus christ..where are these pictures coming from? Theres no way that sidioud senate shot was released officially.
