There's nothing "wrong" morally (which is itself subjective anyway and why you focus on the idea of right/wrong) but you add zero value by doing it. It's not "arbitrage", you are not providing any kind of wanted "service". The manufacturer makes it and then it gets sent to stores for consumers to buy. Key word is "consumers". By virtue of buying them for the sole purpose of selling them for profit, you're not a consumer you're just shoehorning yourself in as another (unwanted) middleman to get your (completely undeserved) cut.
I imagine you only post here about getting a load of PS5s to get a rise out of people (fair enough, trolling is fun).
Either way I would never pay scalper prices so all I can say is I wish whoever bought from you (and enabled you) stopped doing it.

I don't know about you, but I don't think people would be as willing to over-pay scalpers for a Switch Pro, as they were for a PS5 or the latest GPUs.

Their philosophy hasn't been that for a long time. Ever, arguably. It's some people who keep having unreasonable expectations and hyping themselves to heaven and back.
Is this thing going to have exclusive games over the current Switch? If not, demand won't be as high. Many people are perfectly fine with regular Switch.

How much notice did the Switch itself have?
Nintendo likes to cut it fine, but I think they'd have to give us a heads-up for the announcement at least 24 hours in advance, but we'll see.
If we don't hear something by the close of business west coast time on the 4th, then I'm just going to asume it won't happen. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.

This is going to be a New Nintendo 3DS deal, yes? Nice to have but without any exclusive games (or not enough to justify a purchase, att least)

Nobody knows, but rumors have it that it's gonna be a much bigger jump than between 3DS and N3DS. I wouldn't expect too many exclusives, though.

I'm not interested in a Switch Pro however I will still order this if I am able to. If I get 2 or 3 I'd basically get a free Switch Pro. Same thing happened with PS5 wasn't interested in getting one this early but getting hold of multiple PS5s made me a profit and a free PS5 so it's all worth it.

This is how I imagine it's going to be revealed, which means at any given moment on any given day I feel like I'm 1 minute away from the reveal and it is both exhausting and exhilarating.

Armageddon is one of my guiltiest pleasures. The Criterion edition needs an anamorphic blu version so badly.
