Yeah I know it's one of the main reasons I'm really hyped for this.
I can give it no higher praise than saying this trailer actually has me considering playing it with the English dub. Generally I stick to Japanese not because of some weeb obsession but because simply not understanding the language makes the cringe writing tolerable.

Gameplay looks ridiculous, Kaiju sized Odin. Garuda tosses some sort of air-based bomb and he blocks that shit with what looks like phoenix's wing then slides into a perfect dodge.

Can't wait to sink my teeth into this one. I legit haven't played a mainline Final Fantasy game since probably X. That said, I very recently got into 14 (MMO) for the first time, and i've sunk SO MANY hours into that over the last month or so. Going to be odd going to a mainline Final Fantasy after absolutely binging on the MMO.
