For the 3G network connectivity, PS Vita 3G/Wi-Fi model in Japan will support data
communication prepaid plans provided by NTT DOCOMO, INC., one of Japan's premier

Two plans announced today for PS Vita are Prepaid data plan 20h at 980 yen (including
tax) and Prepaid data plan 100h at 4,980 yen (including tax). The 3G network connectivity provided by NTT DOCOMO, INC. will allow users to communicate and
share their entertainment experience with their friends where ever they are. Taking
advantage of the network connectivity, applications pre-installed in PS Vita like near
which enables users to share their game information with other users anywhere, anytime,
as well as the upcoming software titles will deliver unmatched next generation portable
entertainment to PS Vita users.
At launch, SCEJ will run a promotional campaign for a limited offer and will bundle
with PS Vita 3G/Wi-Fi model a DOCOMO UIM card that will include the initial contract
handling fee 2,100 yen (including tax) along with Prepaid data plan 100h or Prepaid
data plan 20h, enabling users to enjoy 3G connectivity out of the box.
