What will be the next big DS title making use of the Nintendo Wifi Connection ? Anything announced yet?(beside the obvious Pokemon)
Right now we have AC:WW and MK : DS (and Sk8terland by a 3rd party)...
I'd love to see a Mario Party or Zelda 4 swords (as I skipped the GC game) on NDS with a global online mode..

zelda four swords (or gauntlet DS) could be two of the strongest WFC titles ever created... though they would definitely have to be done in a pick up and play style (Diablo?)

I think Ultimate Brain Games (chess, checkers, etc.) and Ultimate Card Games are WiFi titles.... IGN says their release dates are February 1st.

The IGN article is pretty old and I haven't seen much on the games since then, though.

Nintendo, PLEASE make _ANY_ kind of communication ability in your upcoming WFC game. It feel so empty playing Mario Kart online without the ability to talk/write. Thank God Animal Crossing has it, but well.. AC:WW kinda suck in online, no fun at all

Nothing, just boring, but it's nice that it has a chat feature.

The only fun factor is tree cutting in someone's who you don't know town. I like to see the face of people when I have cutted half of the all town trees :lol But yeah, I got bored with that pretty quickly, too many axes needed and the other man always resets the system. I may be an evil, but I'm not

No, I played Animal Crossing GameCube version till my eyes were bleeding. Played AC:WW for long too, but I got bored with it. Is that something unusual? :lol

I'd love to see a Diablo-type game done by someone for the DS.

Is there any reason why the mic on the DS isn't being used in wifi games? I don't get it, one of the main reasons I love XBL is the fact that all games support the mic. Seems like a waste of a good feature on the DS :/

it's just fucking telegames, nothing to pay attention to. remember they announced them before the DS even launched (I think before e3 04 even). they probably have $300 in an ING account they're keeping track of until it hits their budget goal.

They were the first titles anounced. According to IGN, the GBA versions are amazing, and Ive been waiting for the DS versions snce day one. I want my touch screen support.

The box art with ESRB has been out since last spring as well. Someone needs to ask them wtf is going on

Tetris DS and Metroid Hunters in March. I actually thought the online in AC:WW was pretty solid. Pretty neat stuff you can do with turnip prices and what not. Plus there is a timer so you can set up your own fishing or bug catching contests. Sure it doesn't have stats like most games, but that's not what AC is all about in the first place.

Or have a piano/minigames to play with friends
