So MS patented this just recently would anyone like a function button that interacts with volume controls and other aspects without the need of going in menu to change things?
Y5kilvu.jpg

Kinda neat, it's basically like the Dual Shock add-on controller piece Sony revealed (released?) recently. In this case, kind of gives me vibes of the volume control slider on the MegaDrive/Genesis Model 1 system (how many owners actually used that, I have to wonder).

Stop acting like these insiders committed a crime where you need evidence in court. Your analogy was dumb to begin with. Github is not proof the product is final.

Usman was the first one to reveal navi and he says both are using big Navi. I can believe whoever I want. I'll take the insiders words over something someone found an old info of. And there's nothing you can do about it.
Some insiders are vetted and have been deemed credible with real contacts within the industry so its worthwhile to pay attention to their posts as the information presented may have some truth to it. Its these folks i have time for and willing to engage or have a discussion with if they're open to doing so without burning their sources.

Some 'insiders' are pretending to know things and piggyback off of current (vetted) insider information and it these pretend insiders that stink up the thread with their rubbish.
Been long wanting Mods to ban these so called insiders from their thread. It has not happened but I've started to use the ignore function alot and its certainly filtered out the rubbish somewhat.

That Game/Chat mix button and the volume is what you find on expensive gaming headsets. I've had no issues to use my volume mixer on my Steelseries 7 headset on my PS4 so having the same controls on the controller is not such a bad idea for those who don't have expensive headphones or can afford to buy more pricier headphones.
Great stuff from MS if true.
A volume/chat mix option rocker or knob should be standard on all next gen consoles.

This gif is hilarious. Sony just sitting their with a blank stare LMFAO

No DF or Windows Central never said it didn't exist, I'm not sure Of the others.

As for your scenario about why they were wrong. You made it up. No way of knowing if your opinion is correct or not.

Again Klee never said 12 until after it was reported elsewhere. He only said PS5 was stronger. So once Xbox is rumored at 12 and he says "nothing has changed"

It's not clear if he always had that 12 number or if he's always just believed the PS5 would be stronger and Xbox being 12 doesn't change that.

Typo on my part it was Klee said it was supposed to be announced in Jan and revealed in Feb.
I did not make up anything, it was written by Jason Schreier after everyone realized that Lockhart is back from the dead, Jason was frustrated with it even, please stop saying stuff like that, I wouldn't lie or make up scenarios at all, if you would want to see his reaction on it on ResetEra, ask me to link it to you.

Klee didn't say it was 12 TF until it was revealed yes I agree but he couldn't say it at that time BUT HE KNEW IT FROM THE BEGINNING, that's the relevant part of it and he said that "nothing has changed" even after him hearing the 12 TF for XSX, he still says PS5 is a bit more powerful, heck, he was the 1st one who stated that both consoles are more powerful than AMD's most powerful GPU in 2019, RX 5700 XT, come on man, it's really obvious but he didn't want to spit all his information out from the beginning but as time goes by, he is more confident with his full specs sheet that he got in December 2 months ago....and many were wrong about Xbox Lockhart, I have seen it all.

So believe what you want to believe.

Question:

At this point, do MS & Sony know each others final specs?
I'm sure they would know the base specs. Like they both get a base model car and its upto them to add small little features like aircon, automatic headlights, airbags etc.

I think i'm right lol. Maybe someone in the know can verify that

Its waaay to quiet. I only believe something will happen once Jason, Zhuge or Benji starts tweeting something. Jason is usually atleast a few days ahead of a major announcement. If there was something brewing tomorrow, these guys would have hinted at it already.

'Its the hope that kills you'

For a cheap fee. Not $1 subscription but atleast like $20 per month AND access to all Sony 1st party titles on launch.

PS Pro (PS+ and PS Now) = $20 per month. Access to all Sony 1st party titles on launch
PS+ = PS Now Access to cataloged titles. No access to Sony 1st Party titles.

Ps Now = $60
PS Plus = $60
= $120

"PS Pro" = $20 x 12 = $240

Ehhhhh....

What i was saying was that Sony could make PS+ 'Pro' subscription their ultimate service that gives you PS Now and PS+ all rolled into one with the added bonus that you get to play all Sony 1st party titles (like Gamepass) on launch day and you own it until your subscription runs out. This Pro service would be $20 per month for example. I mean it can be less than that but the point is not to have this Pro subscription service at too low a price.
Obvioulsy if you pay from month to month you pay the full $20 but if you pay for a full year you get it discounted at like $120 or something.

Then you could have PS+ Lite giving you access to cataloged PS4 games and PS+ access in one for like $10 per month.

Just an idea and bit of wishful thinking on my part.

I think both know what's available on the market to each other, but as for what they decided to use and have done with their own customization I believe they're clueless
Just look at PS4 and Xbox One
They're almost identical when it comes to parts but both used them very differently and got different results.

I thought the PS4 GPU is based off of HD 7870 and the Xbox One is based off of 7790. Anyways could be the same in this case but i doubt we'll see the gap we have now between PS4 and Xbox One.

Either way keen to see anything next gen related. Not holding out any hopes for tomorrow. This is really the thing that kills me each and every day. The hope. Wake up each morning with one eye open, unlock my phone to check this forum for anything new. Then my soul dies a little. Rinse & repeat.

I'm not against the idea of a combined service, but that price is ridiculous, especially with the current state of PS Now (No recent/launch titles, only 3 per month and major titles get removed after 3 months). As it is, the "PS+ Pro" would have to be $7.5 per month.

If they improved the service to something similar to XGPU (around 6 games per month, recent titles and without the pc version) then i would expect a similar price, $15 per month.
I wouldn't even expect first party titles at launch included.

Committed a crime? Again, where have I ssaid they have committed a crime?
I am pointing out something to you as you seem to lack a basic understanding of the word "credible".
Yes, you can believe anything you want. I don't care, if you believe in faries. But I find you quite amusing when you think people are wrong for believing something in the form of the AMD benchmarks of known PS5 GPU, over some gossip.

Agree with you on that for sure.

Rumors of a psplus ultimate surfaced over a year ago. We all believe it'll be psplus now and plus rolled into one. Back then there was also talks about Sony allowing you your own private servers which is probably bs but we all know plus and now bundled will happen sooner or later.

The fuck is this?
Release what?

More Series X news? If so then it may mean there is some PS5 stuff imminent? Yes? No?

So many questions. I need to be blocked from Era. I'm losing it.
the podcast team celebrating their 1000 episode so they asked Phil to be a guset in their podcast,
i think they will try and ask some questions about Xbox Seies X but Phil will not answer them or will not give new comments about Xbox Series X

Such a clever come back. Court documents? What court documents are you talking about? I never said anything about documents. I did say that heresay is not allowed in court because its too unreliable. In other words, Klee repeating something someone else told him is not considered accurate.
You are the one going off at people because they put more faith into REAL AMD benchmarks, of REAL PS5 GPU chips, over someone repeating what someone else (who you have no idea who that is), says.
The funny thing is when that "someone" got verified twice and came off as a credible source, that's why we believe that "someone", he was the 1st one who said both consoles are in the double digits, yet you take some info on GitHub and believe it even though it was denied by that "someone" and Matt.

Even common sense will deny it immediately when that common sense hears 2000 MHz in a console.

But OK, go on LOL!!

I wouldn't be surprised if a next-gen RT-heavy game dipped down to a minimum of 1080p when the dynamic resolution is enabled on either of the consoles. Judging from how taxing RT is even on a 2080 Ti.

4. Klee in multiple posts downright DENIED the Oberon leak, he said the PS5 is a bit more powerful than Xbox Series X and it is over 12 RDNA TFs.
Klee also was adamant about an event being in February. Jury is still out on that one. If he is wrong on that, he loses a lot of credibility for me.
