About the generation thing.
Jim didn't back track or lied.
These companies have road maps to follow.
Any cross gen game releasing from PS Studios most likely was planed and developed for both before Jim made that statement,
as these games take 3-4 years to finish.
Plus PS Studio cross gen games don't look like there being held back.
Many thought TLOU 2 was a PS5 game. It all comes down to the studios.
Most likely any game that starts development after PS5 releases should be exclusive to it.

I don't know what happened with Halo, but I was never against cross gen. That's just console war nonsense.

It most likely stays symmetrical. So far they have shown 1 light centered, 2 lights symmetrical and 4 lights symmetrical. I would guess for the third player it stays symmetrical with 2 lights sandwiching the center.
