IMO that is really bad developer take.

From what I played, this type of spider has to be avoided, when it is close, you have basically no chance, so this changes very little. It kills you by ramming into you.

In era, there was this hive mind thing that everyone had to hate post processing, like motion blur, lens flare, filme grain and whatnot or else you were dogpiled to hell. Are you all like that here too? Because I really like the post.processing devs use. No motion blur in games look jarring, even in HFR to me.

Assuming this is a legit question... dogpiling? No. I haven't seen that here.
With that being said I think a lot of people in general don't like those effects but I don't think anyone will give you a hard time about it. Motion blur can actually make some people feel dizzy/nauseated, sort of like some people can't handle VR.

I'm cool with motion blur when it's done well. Early implementations of it were pretty bad and I more often than not disabled it. These days (with stuff like per object motion blur) I keep it on or turn it down just slightly. When I used to stream I had to turn it off as well because it didn't translate well to user viewing experiences.

However, film grain and chromatic aberration can both DIAF.

That's my understanding of it. These morons are trying to use technicalities to get around it, that won't really hold up afaik.

Granted. I'm not super into GDPR so I'm probably wrong, but even a quick google search shows the EU courts ruled an IP address as personal information, so how can you anonymise it, but still use it to identify ex users to ban them again?

And yeah, these scenes are a standard in most JRPGs (or beach scenes like in Persona), if people get triggered by that... lmao.

The funny thing is that the Hot Spring scene is locked behind pretty much doing every other quest in the game as a post game reward. Yet you had half that topic spouting they were going to boycott that game because of a scene most of them would never see in the game anyway lol.

On mobile it's hidden behind the 3 vertical dots on the top right of the page. Look for them to the right of the "Quick Jump" dropdown. Tap it and the stats and other info will fly out from the right side of your screen.

You can like what you want but if you, for example, try to convince people that 30 fps is better than 60 you'll have some that agree... and a whole bunch more will laugh at you - in a mostly good natured manner. Nobody gets a pass to tell you to kys or call for your blood. Plenty of people still don't read more than the title before replying - comes with the territory I fear.
