Heard an interesting point, and kind of agreed with it. Coughlin is in the NY papers every week, one game away from being fired. All the while the reporters eat out of fatty's hands.

But all he's ever done is lose in the AFC championship game, while Coughlin has won a SB and always has the Giants in contention for the playoffs.
This is interesting? Coughlin's a boring curmudgeon. Ryan makes sweet love to feet. Simple as that.

OAK @ SD - Rivers cant possibly suck for three weeks in a row.

Sunday - Nov 13th, 2011
ARI @ PHI - If they don't win this one everybody needs to be fired.
TEN @ CAR - Cam gonna Cam.
HOU @ TB - Looks like another offense is going to trample the bucs.
WAS @ MIA - Miami remembers what it needs to do.
STL @ CLE - Cleveland is bound to win another one.
BUF @ DAL - Dallas sucks.
PIT @ CIN - Cincinatti's defense plays a part in this upset.
JAC @ IND - Indy is actively and shamelessly in the suck for Luck campaign.
DEN @ KC - Tebow.
NO @ ATL - fuck Atlanta. Sproles is coming.
BAL @ SEA - ouch.
DET @ CHI- Poor cutler.
NYG @ SF - SF keeps rolling against the odds.
NE @ NYJ - This will be a rough game.

Monday - Nov 14th, 2011
MIN @ GB - Minnesota needs to surround Ponder with actual NFL talent.

Safe to count the Eagles out you think? Or is it still too early?
Still too early. They have a soft schedule and if they beat us in 2 weeks the division would still be up for grabs. Three games up with the packers and saints still on the schedule, I'm not totally confident yet.

Cool, New thread.

I am throwing in the towel. This season is over, and I officially just dont give a fuck anymore.

GO BENGALS!

Funniest shit ever. I just shat my pants from laughter.

We need the gif where it has Sanchez being thrown to the ground shortly after engaging the defender, lol.

The only thing that can make me happier than a Saints win over Atlanta is a Duke win over UNC in basketball this year. I hate the Falcons, fuck them.

Sunday - Nov 13th, 2011
ARI @ PHI
TEN @ CAR
HOU @ TB
WAS @ MIA - 2 in a row as the Phins play their way out of the Luck derby.
STL @ CLE
BUF @ DAL - the Boys stink
PIT @ CIN - put the Bengals in their place
JAC @ IND - they can't go 0-16 right? Gabbert is having a quietly terrible season.
DEN @ KC - Tebow just wins games lol
NO @ ATL - need NO to win to improve the Bears playoff situation
BAL @ SEA - although this could be a potential letdown game, i wouldn't bet on this game.
DET @ CHI
NYG @ SF

Bears gave Roberto Garza a 2 year extension. Not bad, he's been solid at C replacing Kreutz, so I don't have any issue with the move.

We're going to spank the Lions this week. The opening line for the game is Bears (-1). I figured we'd be at least (-3), but I guess we're gonna have to remind the Lions and the country that they are cellar dwellers. Briggs, Lach, and Orange Julius will have to put a beating on mr. glass and not give up the big play. Offense is going to play worlds better against the Lions at home. Don't count on getting 9 false starts again.

And remember:

We're not getting swept by fucking Detroit.

When the Dolphins looked game against the Giants before collapsing I stated that we will play ourselves out of drafting one of the top two QBs and it will be a Matt Moore future.

I still stand by that, it's not a good thing. We draft a safety in the first. :(

I think San Diego will beat Oakland, and my Chiefs will beat Denver, for a ridiculous two way tie at 5-4 a piece (between SD and KC).

Thursday - Nov 10th, 2011
OAK @ SD - Carson Palmer is still adjusting. Rivers wakes up, for one week at least.

Sunday - Nov 13th, 2011
ARI @ PHI - Vick angry. Vick SMASH.
TEN @ CAR - This is a winnable game for Cam, and it's hard to bet against him, so I won't.
HOU @ TB - Tampa is sort of a roller coaster team but I like them at home.
WAS @ MIA - Miami might be feeling good about themselves but they don't have the talent to be consistent.
STL @ CLE - Bad game.
BUF @ DAL - Bounce back game for Buffalo, Romo is due for the rails to come off.
PIT @ CIN Roethlisberger angry, SMASH. Although Dalton is having a nice season.
JAC @ IND - The march to Luck continues.
DEN @ KC - I honestly hope I'm wrong, it's much more entertaining when Tebow wins.
NO @ ATL - Brees can tear up Atlanta and I don't see Matt Ryan keeping pace.
BAL @ SEA - Almost any other team and I pick against Baltimore. Baltimore coming off an emotional win will play badly.
DET @ CHI - Scary, scary game but a short week coming off an emotional big game, repeat of what just happened to the Steelers.
NYG @ SF - I hate picking Alex Smith to win ANYTHING but I can't not pick them until they lose again.
NE @ NYJ - MONSTER game but I say Brady comes out angry.

Monday - Nov 14th, 2011
MIN @ GB - Pack keeps on rolling.

He's at 8 weeks in a row now.

Calling it now. Chargers go 8-0 the rest of the way!
lol

Just need the Bills to postpone their implosion one more week so that they can beat the Cowboys. We'll crush the Niners and improve our lead.

Chicago is favored? Did no one watch the game yesterday?

Also, I cannot get over how atrocious the Eagles wide outs are. All the talent in the world is meaningless if you don't give two shits about your job.

they are only spotting us 1 point at home. if you know anything about gambling...

i feel like we should be favored by more, but i'm not even mad. let lovie and company keep playing the disrespect card if that's what motivates the troops. we're going to beat detroit, i guarantee it.

Ya, 2 points hfa so basically a toss up. I think that is insane.

no word from any Chicago media outlets which would lead me to believe it's not serious, but who knows.

i just don't see the bears playing as poorly as they did in that first Detroit game. our offensive line jumped early 9 times in that game and had several holding penalties. the false starts shouldn't be an issue playing at home. and our offensive line has played better in the past 3 games. on the radio this morning, they said last night was the first game since November 2009 that cutler wasn't sacked. our run blocking has gotten better, and i think the addition of earl bennet is going to help as well.

our defense has also played better since they cut chris harris, benched brandon merriweather, and promoted chris conte. losing jahvid best is going to hurt detroit as well, because that eliminates another potential big play guy from their team.

again looking at our schedule 10 wins looks like a lock if we stay healthy, 11 is realistic. which is ludicrous thinking how poorly we started the season with OLine play, martz playcalling, and injuries. should be a fun stretch run.

Avatar bet sir?

Also to anyone picking NO because of Brees and Sproles....all of our recent games have been close with Brees looking Favrian in most of them and as for Sproles, our defense hasn't allowed a 100+ rusher in 11 straight games.

The Saints won in spite of Brees trying to hand us the game at home last year.

Bring it!

Freakin Eagles...

Looking at the NFC standings, that Bears win was pretty huge for the rest of the league. Shitty teams like Atlanta, Tampa, Washington, Dallas and obviously Philly all kind of needed the Bears to lose that game. 8 games in and I don't see the NFC playoff picture changing at all through the rest of the year.

Rack it?

A week without the Lions?

Even Harbaugh was dumbfounded.

I, of course, will be missing this guy.

Has Kevin Smith overcome his knee injury and his hesitancy in running that followed?

The packers gunna return the favor week 17 or be nice and let us into the playoffs?

Depends on the 49ers more than anything. Also, you should probably be rooting for the Packers on Thanksgiving.

Packers are the most complete football team in the history of the NFL.
Any team with AGod is the most complete team in history. He is a transcendent figure who stands alone as the Greatest in a time of Greatness. This is the era of the Quarterback and none has outperformed the Rodge.

He is the Light, he is the Way, he is the Hayduken. Discount Double Check. Amen.

bears will win 10 or 11 games w/out that 2nd packers game, so i think a wild card slot is a lock. going 6-3 into the easy part of our schedule will be nice.

ruining their perfect season on christmas night would be fantastic though, if they are still undefeated.

we beat detroit on sunday, and handle our business, it doesn't really matter. GB will win at least 1 if not both of the detroit games.

That's good cuz sprolles has been effective all season without ever rushing for more than 100 yards.

Hmm? The Packers D is ranked 18th in points allowed. You only have to go back to 2007 (Pats D was 4th in points allowed), and you can probably find other more complete teams.

Although I guess you're just trying to start an argument.

If the Bears win 10 or 11 games then there is no way the Christmas game has any meaning. Packers will pull a 2008 and lay down.

Best being out doesn't hurt that much. I will take Morris' solid 3-4 yards a carry any day of the week.

10 or 11 wins? You've lost your mind.

Honestly, DRC was even worse. I don't think I've seen a corner so disinterested in tackling in a long time. It's sad when Asante looks competent in that regard by comparison.

i don't think laying down at the end of the year if you're undefeated ala the colts in 2009 is good for karma heading into the postseason.

Did the 2007 Patriots have a living God on their team? I don't think so. Although I love women as much as the next guy, Tom Brady doesn't compare to A God.

after we beat detroit on sunday, tell me how we don't win 4 or 5 more games w/this schedule:

Chargers
@ Raiders
Chiefs
@ Broncos
Seahawks
@ Packers
@ Vikings

even if we lose to the Chargers, Raiders, and Packers that still puts us at 10-6. Those AFC West teams are terrible. Traveling to the west coast for Oakland is the only thing that worries me, Carson Palmer is so bad that it makes that game winnable.

Health > karma

The Packers played their starters in that game if you remember (I do because I had a 24 hour odyssey getting from Boston to Chicago for that fucking debacle. The god damned hot chocolate froze between the stands and the seats, the Packers sucked cock and I had to go through three planes, 4 airports and a 12 hour car ride with strangers just to get there. Fuck you Favre!) but ran the most vanilla schemes on both sides of the ball and basically played it as a pre-season game.

It wont matter. Waste of time.

Exactly.

Great win for the Bears and they deserve it. Ran the ball down our throats and Cutler was untouched. How that happens I don't know but the Eagles D let them down in big spots, Desean is a fucking moron for that punt return attempt, and Andy Reid is a fat piece of shit.

And oh yeah nice throw Vick on the last play and nice run Maclin getting tackled by an invisible man.

Fuck this team.

I dont know, the Cowboys have a pretty easy upcoming few games minus the Buffalo game. If we can win against buffalo, split with NYG and Philly, and beat the teams with the losing records (wsh/ari/phi/etc) than they can finish w/ 10-11 wins.
