I don't think I have played my Wii since Galaxy (which was one of the few games this gen that I loved). Occasionally my nephew plays Brawl and some GC games on it but it has been years since I touched it.

Used to play soccer games on the PS3 (soccer is the best videogame sport), but lately it is just a Netflix box.

Skyward Sword is the first game in a long time that I am hyped over. Hopefully it is not a disappointment (like this past season of football).
co sign, im hyped for that

Texans fans are year round chicken littles. This isn't news.

I don't get what people are arguing here. The Texans ran it awesome last year, and couldn't run for crap in 2009. It doesn't make you a hypocrite for changing your complaint on Kubiak's playcalling.

Barnwell's complaint about playcalling isn't even about effectiveness; it's about wearing Foster down. That's on Kubiak. If he won't play Ward, then he fucked up cutting Obanaya. Or not getting Tate to stop fumbling.

Even when AJ comes back, the Texans optimal winning strategy is minimizing Matt Schaub's ability to lose a game.

It can't be said enough how impressive Cam Newton has been this year. I was mocking the pick the whole summer, glad to see him prove me wrong. He's a stud.

We need to see how he develops first.

I think the most impressive thing about the Patriots' winning is that they haven't lost back to back games since something like 2009.

Sorry Giants fans…

NYG @ NE

We also didn't have a defense this bad since the last century.

Still, with like half of the Giants' roster injured, we might stand a chance. We'll see how "elite" Eli is.

My friends are NYG fans. They claim the G-men "match up well" with NE. We'll see, I guess. I think the Pats are gonna be pissed after losing last week.

Yep, sounds like me. The last time I really played my Wii consistently was when I played through NSMB Wii with my daughter. Since then I've played some Donkey Country Returns here and there.

When Skyward Sword hits though, I'm hitting it hard. 5 years since the last console Zelda game and it's felt like it.

My head, and my picks, say NE. But my gut tells me the Pats could be on a downward trend. It's interesting for them with back to back NY teams this week and next. I'm just ticked that I'm going to miss all the afternoon action tomorrow. But I'll be back in time for the all important 8:20 kickoff.

It's going to be interesting to see how Fewell does this chess match with the NE WR/TE. They like using the combo of Boley-Williams as the nickel backers and as a base against these pass heavy teams. New England should opt to run more, and to their advantage behind Matt Light and at Osi. There's some question marks as to what else happens - having JPP in the ball game, or even Prince (rather than Michael Coe) can pay a big difference.

Offensively I think they will be OK. Brandon can't have those same lapses he had last week. Dropping a pass, almost fumbling an easy handoff, and just looking disinterested. Want the ball? You're going to get it.

Ramses Barden is getting activated off the PUP and will play. Wellington and I were feeling he was coming on last year before getting injured. If the trio is going to be Manningham, Cruz, and Barden it won't be too bad. None of those guys are Nicks, but they'll have to manage. They will need Nicks for the S.F. game, a game that is more important.

And while listening to the radio yesterday while lying down, Jon Ritchie is the biggest moron in ESPN. Guy is such a tool.

ok anyway....not trying to jinx anything, but Green Bay has a tough schedule...f'n a FUCKIN tough schedule the rest of the season......and the 9ers have a...um an easier schedule? Although anything can happen on any given Sunday.

but yeah, um there is a pretty good chance the 9ers could get home field through out the playoffs. We would just have to win our first playoff game. >_<

seriously though, I'd hate to face Rodgers at home if that were ever the case. Hopefully Green Bay is eliminated before then. (mind you Rodgers is my favorite QB in the league)

Didn't realize Jordy was so tall. Damn.

Meh, Green Bay's SoS remaining is heavily skewed by facing Detroit twice. I'm not particularly afraid of any of those other teams.

I think they are spiraling down too, however I still can't shake the feeling tomorrow's game will be over early. The Giants have been shook by horrible teams this year more than once.

And don't forget Michael Clayton. His impact on the game will be invaluable.

Doesn't matter. A) regular season home game B) NE coming off a loss. Odds are HIGHLY in NE favor. I will say bringing pressure without blitzing is very helpful for the Giants. Barring multi turnovers I don't see NE losing at home coming off a loss. 2 back to back losses in 8 years and 31 straight regular season home wins for Brady speak for itself. It's Obscene. Records are made to be broken though and Eli should have a field day.

EARLY

Atlanta at Indianapolis
Tampa Bay at New Orleans
NY Jets at Buffalo
Seattle at Dallas
Cleveland at Houston
San Francisco at Washington back to back bagels for skins?

LATE

Cincinnati at Tennessee might pull off a shocker
Denver at Oakland Buh Bye Tebow threads
NY Giants at New England
St. Louis at Arizona
Green Bay at San Diego

5-STAR MATCH UP

Baltimore at Pittsburgh

MONDAY

smh

Edit: The reason the 49ers strength of schedule is so weak the rest of the season is because we have played exactly 1 of our 6 division games and our division is laughably bad. Ravens, Giants, Steelers and Redskins are the only tough games left on our schedule, at least on paper. I'm not saying we'll sweep the nfc west, as I think the seahawks will be tough (at least if TJack is playing) at home, and we could easily drop 1 to the rams or cards, but on paper those 5 division games are the some of the easiest match ups we've got.

You really think home/away matters at this point? You got curb stomped by the Ravens in the playoffs at home, and lost to the Jets last year in the same instance.

No I think 31 straight regular season home games for Brady, 18-1 against NFC teams at Gillette and 2 back to back losses for the Patriots in 8 years is a total fluke. To think they aren't highly favored is laughable. Of course they can lose. It just isn't very likely. Period.

Not saying Giants are going to win, neither. Who the fuck knows at this point. If the game was in Foxboro last week, it wasn't making the Patriots beat the Steelers.

Packers are over-rated. They are very good team but bloated because of an easy ass schedule. If they fix there pass defense, they can be a true dominate team. But right now they can loose to anyone in any given Sunday/thursday. The schedule will expose them, when I say expose I mean with the rest of the playoffs pack.

They have amazing/best passing, below average run, below average pass D and average run D.

I was super confident heading into this Patriots game, but with the injuries to our top two skill position players along with our top DLineman, not sure anymore. We'll probably only win by 4.

I want all of our guys back so that we can stomp out the Niners and Niner-GAF forever.

He who loses to the Rams cannot laugh.
Eh, my Saints lost to the winless Rams TWICE. I'm used to it.
Lost to Cardinals and Seahawks last year.
The NFC West has actually kicked our ass the past few years, except for the niners.
The crazy shit is we beat the Steelers last year too.
This team is just completely unpredictable.
