Can't wait to watch Denver go at it again. Hopefully Decker will get his act together.

Also excited to watch KC wreck the Cowboys and establish themselves as a contender. Smith deserves a WC spot.

Just got back from the bar after seeing us blow a 21 point lead. Awesome job. New year, new coaches, same old Chargers.

Now we get to travel across country to play a Philadelphia team that looks pretty good.

It's gonna be a looooong year :(.

KC's at home. The team is very solid. The only pieces they were missing is a QB and a HC -- they got that now.

Look, all I know is some loudmouth motherfucker has been going all in on the Cowboys this year after a single game was handed to them and frankly that's more compelling than level headed, well thought out commentary on the current status of Kansas City.

Tie?! This is the National Football League. You don't play for ties... unless you have no heart like the Niners.

Or unless you want to break the heart of both Manning brothers. Peyton always feels bad when he wins versus Eli!

Sorry brah, Harbs is the biggest shit talker in the rivalry.

But he was right about GB's intentions. They did intend to resort to thuggery. Just like he was right about your DBs holding all the time. Speaking out against losers isn't shit talking

very enjoyable hearing dilfer deflate like he did towards the end of the texans game

I like to think Berman is sobbing into his gallon of ice cream right now

*cue broken record*

As the resident Chiefs curmudgeon, I need to see the defense play against an actual NFL caliber offense and for Alex Smith to throw the ball downfield more than once a game before I consider them a wildcard contender.

They have the talent to do it, but dinking and dunking and keeping the defense on the field for most of the game isn't going to cut it.

Let's hope he also leads Kap into figuring out a playclock

How do you think KC will do against DAL's defence?

I honestly don't know.

Against the Jags, the Chiefs defense kept the Chiefs in good field position all day, and it only lead to 3 TDs out of something like 14 drives.

The middle of the Chiefs line has been dogshit in the run game, and if Charles isn't getting loose, I don't expect the Chiefs to put together enough long drives to keep up with the Cowboys. On top of that, if I remember correctly, Ware gave Albert trouble the last time they played. Yes, Reid had the ball coming out of Smith's hand quickly, but he's still been holding onto the ball too long and dumping too much off.

As much as I liked what I saw from the defense, I expect the Chiefs to have to put up at least 24 to have a chance, because there were plays to be made against the secondary that Jacksonville wasn't making.
