As a defensive coordinator I don't get why more coaches don't preach getting your hands up against guys like Peyton.

Sure he isn't short but since he gets the ball out so quickly, way before any pressure usually gets to him, wouldn't it help to just get your hands up? You could probably bat some passes.

Should do that against any QB really. That said, Peyton doesn't really pitch the low fastball. He usually has a high release point with a high arc on the throws.
