I have no problem with him wanting some guaranteed money going forward. Eagles rip up the last 3 years do another 5 year deal basically the same as the last one. The unguaranteed years dont matter so it would basically be another 2 year deal. He has been great this year, and you really cant blame him for the fact that Foles dosent look his way. He made plays every time he was targeted on Saturday. They just need to go to him more.

If the Colts need Branch as a WR they are fucked, but they are probably just using him for information. Which is pretty meaningless since there isn't anything Branch can really tell them.

A little birdy (twitter) told me that reason they haven't fired Ireland is because they might be waiting on the Wells report regarding Martin/Incognito, that way they can fire Ireland without the pay. Of course that doesn't explain keeping Philbin but that's so dolphins.

You have to remember there is another team on the field that is influencing the way Chip is calling plays. You can't just say "they should have ran more runs/screen passes" and expect that to automagically work. It looked like the Saints were well-prepared to stop the screens and runs. Hats off to Rob Ryan and the Saints D for their gameplan. They got the offense to start slow and by the time they found something that worked, it was (mostly) too late.

I have confidence that Chip will be able to adjust and tweak his system this offseason to offset the things that defenses were doing to slow us down. I also think adding another dynamic weapon is key. McCoy and Jackson can only do so much.

I'm most impressed with Kaep's grasp of the cerebral side coming from a gimmicky college offense. He runs one of the more complex systems in the league and he's asked to do a lot in terms of pre-snap reads, reacting to defenses, and choosing the best play for the situation.

Sure, he needs to continue to improve on going through his progressions and making smarter decisions, but what young QB doesn't? Some act as if he's a Vince Young type who's basically incapable of reading defenses, which couldn't be further from the truth; he'd have 900 yards on the ground this season if he immediately took off whenever his primary read wasn't open.

His focal point in the off-season needs to be his footwork and overall mechanics, which have also gotten better, but he still relies too much on brute arm strength and will miss easy throws as a result.

Isnt there a lot of talk about the reason the 9ers have so many delay/wasted timeouts is because everything is being called from the sidelines and that Keap has very little pre-snap responsibilities?

He should run way more than he is right now. He's fantastic at sliding and avoiding hits and there's no way teams can take away running lanes for him consistently with all the weapons he has.

Kap gets 2 plays called in. He can let it roll or kill. The problem is there is a delay getting the plays in. Part of it is coaching, part kap. Needs to get in faster but sometimes he needs to run the fucking play
