As a guy who worked at one of those minimalistic artsy bullshit restaurants: I can see the appeal and knowing how much effort goes into creating one of those minimalistic little pieces, not just in prep, but also in determining perfect flavor combinations, it does deserve some respect. I love going to fancier restaurant to see what they came up with, to dissect everything that's on the plate and enjoy every bite.
But, I don't go somewhere just because "it's expensive so it must be good" like that pig fucker (Thanks Gata) Tabris. He probably doesn't even taste it with all the shit that runs out of his mouth. So I'm sure he doesn't understand what he's eating.
However, nothing beats a good, massive, greasy burger.
Good for Vrabel staying in Houston. I think he'll inherit that job in a year or two from Romeo, and being Chip's DC is not a path to glory. I've heard Mike Pettine could be a potential candidate ... gosh that would be awful

I'm not denying that a great deal of thought goes into those menus but what people like Tabris don't understand is putting time and money into something doesn't automatically give it value.

Like you said, a juicy burger, massive doner kebab or a giant steak are all far better than any of that nonsense.

Twentyman has the pulse of the organization more so than any Lions writer IMO. He was hired by the Ford family to write articles on the Lions so the fact the Lions would just pay him the $24 Million he's due is great news IMO.
If Megatron decides to retire Alshon Jeffrey, Travis Benjamin and Marvin Jones could be potential FA targets.
Going to be real interesting to see if the Bears decide to franchise Alshon for $15 Million.
I personally wouldn't mind giving Josh Gordon a shot but I think most Lions fans would probably be against that.
