NFL 2015 Week 5 |OT| - A Fraud’s Hankering for Some Bites

I am going to stay up half the night finishing and editing this brief to the Commonwealth Court that is due tomorrow (mostly editing and proofreading a dozen times, which sucks balls).

And I am going to regret wasting time on the game tonight. But I can't help myself. :(

Do what i do... read the thread instead of watching the game. My eyes can only take so much fuckery sometimes i have the game on mute and NFL-GAF on the other monitor and i just refresh. If some real fuckery happens then I'll actually turn and look at the TV.

Seahawks only team i actually watch every snap for now... i given up actually acting like i care how other teams do.

Fletcher Cox - 2012 Draft pick (Reid regime)
Cedric Thornton - UDFA (Signed 2011/Reid regime)
Demeco Ryans - UFA (traded for/signed 2012 Reid regime)
Mychal Kendricks - 2012 Draft Pick (Reid regime)
Brandon Graham - 2011 Draft pick (Reid regime)
Vinny Curry - 2012 Draft pick (Reid regime)

That's a pretty substantial number of "core" defensive players for the Eagles at the moment that Andy Reid had a hand in bringing in.

The main contributions the Kelly regime has made on the defensive front thus are Bennie Logan who was a Roseman acquisition when he was GM and Eric Rowe. You could add Jordan Hicks who's playing a bit more due to injuries. I only bring up the Roseman commentary because of Chip's power play this offseason to be put in charge because he wanted to choose *his* players.

The Eagles haven't had a safety worth a damn since Dawkins left and that was a big failing on Reid's part and something he should take blame on as they spent plenty of draft picks trying and missing.

You could argue the corner situation with the "dream team" acquisitions but frankly the Eagles have been playing free agency roulette at the corner position for years now and your secondary is still shit no matter who you seem to bring in (Williams, Maxwell, etc.). Now that I think about it, I think one of the better DB's you guys brought in through the draft who ended being a situational player but played the slot well for you guys was Boykin (2012 draft) and Chip ended up shipping him off to Pittsburgh, no?

Carroll took a team QBed by Russell Wilson and WON the Super Bowl. That is also impressive, but sadly, as Bennett said, they can't pay the line now :(.

Packers o-line is above average aren't they? Even with that Aaron Rodger's mega contract. It's not killing them. Seahawks? I think Russ is killing them as running for his life as well...

He doesn't make sense. The Seahawks offseasn was all about restructuring contracts.
