You have a point. When it comes to the NFL's rules of overturning calls, it's almost impossible to find indisputable evidence inside of a dogpile.

Yeah, it's basically an impossible standard to meet in that context. Obviously it would have been a huge game-changer for the Colts to have that call reversed so it might have been worth challenging just in case, but I can't see any way for the refs to actually justify it. Better to save the challenge for something that could be plausibly overturned.
