Yeah because there isn't an entire off season to work through before making predictions.

You know things like free agency, the draft, OTAs....

I would agree. Not an incredibly memorable season overall, IMO.

Probably the worst season I've been subjected to since I started watching the sport full time.

The SB was kind of underwhelming, but watching Von Miller and Kony Ealy dominate on each defense was insanely fun.

True. I don't think they'll be bad necessarily. It will just be hard to sustain that level of D yoy. Especially if Malik leaves.

I think Malik has played well above his contract this year but I think his performance had more to do with Von or Ware commanding double teams rather than him being a world beater. I doubt he'll play up to a 12 million per year salary.

Yeah it was fine, not terribly memorable outside of Miller though.

Kony Ealy had 3 sacks, a forced fumble (that he recovered) and had an interception. First time any player has had multiple sacks plus a pick in a Super Bowl. The most impressive part is he did it on only 23 snaps.

and in the division we play in. Raiders and Chiefs are respectable teams that will give us a run for your money when we play them.

The margin of error decreases for sure.

Raiders will be better, Chiefs are no joke, and really you never know if the Chargers can turn it around.

Pitt will be better, NE is always there, Cin is no joke, Luck will be back, and you can never count out Baltimore. Then you have some teams like the Jets, Texans, Bills, Miami, etc that could easy rise if they land a QB or their QBs have a good season.

I'm not trying to come off as a negative Nancy, but historic defenses like we had this year are hard to sustain.

Hopefully any losses on D will be offset by gains on O.

No offense to Ealy, but he was lined up against Schofield who will probably most likely be remembered for the sacks given up against Mack.

Easy pickings, so I can't be that impressed. Even if he did beat the LT too.

I enjoyed the SB because it was surprising to me, and it was almost always a one score game so it felt like it could go either way

Even his gifs are revolutionary!

Packers should be able to clinch the #1 seed in the NFC if they can stay healthy based on how teams in the division taking a step back. Gase is leaving the Bears, Cutler will return back to Cutler and the Lions will be irrelevant once Megatron leaves. You get to play the Eagles, Redskins, Jaguars, Texans and Titans, so that should be 8 easy wins. Vikings could make it interesting like they did this year, but Aaron Rodgers is going to have a MVP season once again.
