Firstly, there weren't 2 Seattle touchdowns. Contact or no, there's no way Graham was catching that. Secondly, that was definitely a block in the back on Rodgers on that int runback. It may have been weak and not done much, but it was there. Blame the stupidity of the Seattle player.
