It's funny because Gruden caught a ton of shit when he first started, it ain't easy.

A lot of people still don’t like how he loves everyone. It’s really hard and a lot different than even news broadcasts. You have to be ready to talk for three hours. Weird pauses can ruin a broadcast and you can tell Ryan is fumbling around understanding what the audience is seeing on replays. He’s waiting for the screen to show what he wants to talk about. You have to constantly doing these little transitions.
