I'm 6'3" and I went from like 260 to 240 a few months ago and it felt great. Weight loss came to a dead stop a month ago so I just decided to say screw it and start lifting weights like crazy while doing all of my other workouts. I'm up to 245 but the scale lies because I look tons better.

I'd love to get down to like 200 at some point but that's going to take a long time.
