Are referees making the determination based on the posture and actions of the QB or the movement and alignment of the line?

Best thing Hoyer did when we won games was not make turnovers. Never thought he was playing super well but he had that in those string of games haha.

To his credit he'll probably be more healthy this year. Maybe he'll gain a bit of mobility back and won't shy away from scrambling if he has to like last season...

Haven't bad mouthed my team. It's just common sense tells most fans with knowledge and not being a homer that you're not going to win a Superbowl with a QB like Hoyer and with your best back missing half or more of the season... yea good luck. I mean... I see your point but Cam and Rodgers are not even in the same tier. Rodgers has basically perfected the position, Cam clearly still struggles in areas.

Rodgers has clearly demonstrated that he's superior to Cam in every facet of the position. Even if we play the "what if we switched their supporting casts?" game, Olivia Munn I mean, Aaron Rodgers, would still beat out Cam.
