That's right there but Buttfumble was really amazing. Obviously it blew up everywhere on the internet. It's almost like a big tragedy in that everyone remembers where they were when it happened

WASHINGTON — It appears the Redskins, or at least one of their former players, got careless with seemingly very important information.

Linebacker Ejiro Ederaine, who was released by the team in the first round of roster cuts, seems to have held onto his playbooks from when he was still on the team. And then, he didn’t hold onto them.

Josh from Ashburn, a listener of 106.7 The Fan, called into The Sports Junkies Thursday morning and revealed that he’d found Ederaine’s workbooks from training camp.

So to recap:

Josh was in Ashburn cleaning out his truck near a dumpster. He looks over, notices a clear trash bag with “a burgundy-and-gold-colored something in it.” He pulls the trash bag out, finds a backpack, opens the backpack and discovers the books pictured above. Along with the books, he found other Redskins gear, including a pair of team shorts.

He says he contacted the team on Wednesday and revealed what he’d found, and the team nonchalantly stated security would get in touch with him later. However, Josh says the woman he spoke with from the team confirmed the location where he found the books was indeed near the hotel the Redskins rookies stay.

As of about 8:30 a.m. Thursday, the Redskins security had not gotten in touch with Josh. As for what the books supposedly contain, here’s Josh:

“I can tell you guys, it actually has two different — so it has what you do in a hot route, what his assignment would have been, what the guy next to him’s assignment would have been, it has breakdowns and handwritten things of the new calls, like the defense changed the call or whatever. He scratched it out and put the new verbiage for it. I mean it’s got everything.”

As Grant Paulsen of Grant and Danny disclosed in the audio above, players are typically required to hand in all official playbooks when they are released or traded. So it remains unclear why Ederaine was left to keep his materials.

It also remains unclear why Ederaine simply tossed it all in the trash instead of disposing of it more securely.

Changing gears, what grade does YankeeHater teach? I hope it is not elementary. He seemed a little too into free porn day for someone that is around little children. His love for R Kelly porn was especially disturbing!

Savage is starting tonight.

I honestly dont see them willing to trade him right now. He knows the offense really good and has developed as a QB. After the last two seasons (9 different starting QB's!) I think they play it safe. Having a backup QB that can play when needed is a luxury not a lot of teams have. There are quite a few national people, including Chris's favorite Cian Fehey ,who thinks he would demand a high pick from the Texans for him

Secondly, think its a coincidence the Texans can get out of Brocks contract in two years, with minimal hit to the cap, and that coincides with when Savage becomes an URFA?

What's your opinion on Jerrod Johnson. Haven't done an analysis, but I know he didn't finish his career well at A&M and got beat out by Tannehill eventually.
