But what a sweet win for the Falcons. Playing like crap and still winning. Grimes and Weems had good days. The OL had a good day protecting Ryan. But the running game was shut down. The passing game was very spotty. The pass coverage was good but Freeman threw some amazing passes right on target. When we were down by 14 points, I did not give up hope. I had faith, I had faith that St. Ryan would work his magic once more.
Now a glorious Monday at work, the air is crisp, the skies are blue, and the workload is not bad. Hallelujah.
Edit: Forgot to mention Michael Jenkins and Ovie Mughelli. Both did very well, both picked up some slack left by others.

Not bitter friend. If my team had failed to secure a SB in the last 6 years that would cause me to be bitter. If my quarterback was one of the biggest pussies in NFL history who was a spokesmodel for women's shoes I would be bitter. If my team was unable to beat a 30 year old virgin in the Superbowl after going 18-0 I would be bitter. If my team had blown a 100 point 1st half lead against Peyton Manning I would be bitter. Ok, I don't like the Patriots and would take the Jets over them the majority of the time, but I picked the Patriots to win in my pick em leagues so unfortunately I have to roll with them tonight.

I think the 2004 AFC championship was better. So many great plays that I remember. I think my favorite play in that game was when Ben threw a pick to Harrison. Rodney slowed down for Vrabel to block and Vrabel just kills Ben.
