disgusting game. our defense came to play and then kap, ginn and our coaches give it away. why are you even calling stupid ass gimmick plays late in the 4th quarter on an important down? ridiculous.

the refs were also clearly biased towards the rams. we get the 1 bogus roughing call but they let that little bitch finnegan get away with all kinds of shit and the awful safety call. not that we still didn't have a chance to win, but thanks to shit bag akers it didn't matter!

bring alex back harbs! at least he wont make the game crippling mistake like kap did!

So basically the Falcons just clinched home field advantage. No way we lose three out of the next four games with @ Carolina, NYG, @ Detroit, and Tampa Bay. Two of those teams are going be phoning it in.



Peyton threw a lot of ints his first year as well. I'm sure Luck will take control of that issue next year.

Well I say keep him on because if we let him go and someone new comes in and wants to go back to a 3-4 our shit is fucked.

We've been developing a 4-3 for the last 3 years. And as anyone can see our defense is one of our strong points and is keeping us in all these games.

Stability is needed on the D more than anywhere else.

The team is more than the secondary. A part of the problem is the fact that out secondary seems to get decimated by injuries like clockwork every year, and you can say that we haven't put up enough adequate depth yet. They tried to do that this year, though again they all got hurt. Mayhew can't fill every hole on this team with first-round picks. It falls on the coaching staff to get these guys conditioned mentally and physically for the game, and put together schemes to emphasize strengths and minimize weak links.

I missed all but hte last 2 minutes of the Niners game but was Kaep really bad today? His numbers don't look terrible.

His msitakes were the only reason the Rams scored any points. It wasn't a terrible game, but it was an Alex Smith game without the smarts. He had one good run and some nice 10 yard throws.

The playcalling was suspect as well. The lateral that turned into a Rams TD was just a stupid playcall, but backing up all the way into the endzone for the penatly was Kaep's mistake. He holds on to the ball too long and doesn't see where the Blitz will leave a guy open.
