i can't believe the goddamn SAINTS are gonna make the play-offs. fucking ridiculous. i didn't know it was that easy for them to get in.

crimony

What is up with the Bills today? I thought they would be up by 14 at this point considering we have nothing to play for at this point. Hope we start pulling our starters soon.

i didn't know that either before this season soulja. the reason i knew is because it has happened to us in critical situations (beginning of the season!) this season

1-10-STL 20 (9:10) M.Bulger pass to K.Curtis to NYJ 46 for 34 yards (E.Coleman). Penalty on NYJ-D.Robertson, Defensive Offside, declined.
1-10-NYJ 46 (8:50) M.Bulger pass to S.Jackson to NYJ 27 for 19 yards (J.McGraw).
1-10-NYJ 27 (8:02) M.Bulger pass to I.Bruce for 27 yards, TOUCHDOWN. Penalty on NYJ-D.Abraham, Illegal Contact, declined

What defense? :D

hey i like to be different :D but seriously, fuck bulger, he just threw a pick in the endzone. :lol

yeah, that's why i laughed. Bulger for MVP! *throws int on the 1 5 seconds later*

Our recievers are absolutely bitchslapping the jets secondary. You should've seen how much their DBs were running their mouths this week. Now they're nowhere to be found on gameday. Holt's 44 yarder gave him 5 consecutive 1,300 yard recieving seasons, he's second only to moss in recieving yards over that span. harrison who? ;)

:lol

I don't want to hear any more talk about Big Ben not being a big part of the Steeler's success.

A lot of teams are playing like shit today considering they are playing for their lives.

hey tm, how long are atlantas starters playing today? Is mora really gonna try to win? We need you guys today

Well Mora said the mentality all this week at practice was to get a win to go into the playoffs with momentum. I think we will come out hard in the first quarter and then maybe Vick will be sat in the second qtr. The rest of the starters should get significant playtime though, IMO.

This is good news. I was gonna totally ignore this game, b/c last week sucked. They should try to win going to the playoffs. Two sloppy losses in a row isn't gonna be real good for morale. Guess I'll tune in after all. PEACE.

Man, Bledsoe is absolutely playing all Leftwich today!

1 for 7, 1 pick, WOO!

Meanwhile, the Texans are playing all Jaguars (of last week) - two scores down to the Cleveland-Flavoured Football-Substitute Browns.

Wow, are the refs trying to rewrite the rules or something in this game? Man, they're going out of their way to help Baltimore win this one. They actually called that TD back. Fucking crazy. We lost all sorts of time off the playclock, which is why we didn't get time to see a preoper replay.

HA! Payback's a bitch. Ugh, a safety. Thought it was a TD. Anyway, the refs suck in this game. PEACE.

My god, most of the 4th quarter yet to play and the Bills just don't see like they want it. Choking? Good PIT defence? Bit of both.

13 mins and counting...

=(

This is ridiculous...we shut out the Jags but somehow get pounded by the worst team in the league...

I want to cry...scratch that...one tear just fell.

I think if Buffalo lose this game, they don't deserve to be in the playoffs anyway. They've been winning which is great, but the wins haven't exactly come against top class opposition. The ownings at the hands of Baltimore and the last NE game are still fresh.

It's going to make me sleep a little better at night. :(

Ha, the whole NFC playoff situation is going down to the wire with the Vikings losing and everybody else locked in close games.

The AFC playoff situation is going pretty close to the wire too. Denver and Jacksonville both looking to win...

ok so the philly/cincy game is over and now i can finally watch the jets game and its fucking overtime.

jets are in anyway, maybe ill actually get to see their games on tv now (the entire games).

Jets are in no matter what. It's down to Baltimore, Denver, and Jacksonville in the AFC. Baltimore won, so it's up to the other two teams to win to keep them out.

The wagon has been fully circled.

Another tale of tragedy for Buffalo. Those weeks 1 and 2 losses have come back to bite them, as well as they fact that we can't beat winning teams (no matter who they have on the field) for shit.

Bledsoe is not to start next season.

The curse of the fatman continues.

Panthers 7-9

Never has there been a team outside of the NHL with such a collection of lowlife punks and cheapshot artists. They earned their share of the curse. In other news Tom Jackson and Sean Salisbery still think they are the favorites to win the NFC.

15-1.....Still sinking in....I am so proud of the way we ended this game today. We popped them in the mouth and ran out the clock with 3rd strings in there.

And actually, the Steelers had only 2 "starters" (1 being Harrison who won't start in the playoffs) out there in the 2nd half.

So many teams chocking it all away today. The "hottest team in the NFC," the Panthers, are gonna be golfing in january. Denver has started their chock job already w/ Jim Sorgi at the helm.

And now the Rams look like they're going to lose, paving the way for hours of replay of Archuletta letting the playoffs literally slip through his hands. For the record, I am rooting for the Aints to make the playoffs just so we can officially call this NFC bracket the most surreal group of teams ever.

You've got the Eagles, with Pinkston and The People's Champ at WR.
You've got the Falcons with Vick dippin' and diving every other down, ready to throw a costly interception at any moment.
You've got the Packers AS A THU-REEE seed, w/ Farve who can't string together 3 anti-meltdown games in a row.
You've got the Seahawks limping into the playoffs.
You've got the Vikings CRAWLING, no...being CARRIED by Lifeflight into the playoffs.
And finally Hasslett and Brooks to top it all off?

And the Steelers are 15-1? someone pinch me.
