I have a hard time with sandbox stuff myself. Enjoyed Crackdown but I just get into firefights with the police in GTAs as I can't be bothered to follow the story missions. I'll give RDR another shot once I pick up a 360 again sometime though.

I don't care. I still play SA regularly, and that game is 8 years old and looks like shit. What I've seen of GTA V is good enough to let my hype grow from here to California. And TBOGT showed that Rockstar can still make stuff that's both ridiculous and fun.
The only way I can understand this is if you only played GTA IV, or if you played the good games late once the tech/mechanics were outdated.

Of all the movies you pick The Living Daylights? But yeah I agree with you, I want the old movies back, without too much drama, fun gadgets where he can shoot lasers from his watch and all the swag to bag every pretty lady in the world. Although I'm afraid that is never coming back.
Regarding GTA: I can't wait for it to release, but if there is one thing that I hate it's multi disc games, if GTA V comes out on multiple discs on the 360, I'll buy it on the PS3.

I doubt they will but judging from past releases you'll get better tech performance on 360.

That's like your opinion man, and that's cool.
I usually prefer the 360 with multi-console games, mostly because all my friends play on it too. We had a lot of fun with the GTA IV multiplayer, with everybody in helicopters just crashing into eachother, but If I have to swap discs mid game that just kills it for me.
They couldn't fit Max Payne on one disc, so I'm scared

I could live with 2 discs if they split the SP and the MP, but that's it. I don't want to fly from one part of the map to another to then be forced to swap discs mid-flight or whatever.
And since we're discussing games, I've been playing Arkham City again, man that was one of the best games of last year. So good.

Only one of Rockstar's games I know that has multiple discs is Max Payne 3.
It's worth noting San Andreas was originally 2 DVDs but they cut it to 1 DVD and dropped a bunch of features.
Also yes AC is great. Prefer AA though for it's story.

Played a Wii-U today. That thing is pure sex. I already own Rayman on the 360 but I will be buying it again for sure. I was really hoping to skip this launch but no way I can now.

I wish my Sony 46" LCD was actually capable of displaying a good PC picture. VGA, HDMI, all look terrible.
I get kind of tired sitting in a computer chair hour after hour though. I kind of like playing some games like Assassin's Creed or Sleeping Dogs from the couch.

It certainly is one of my favorite games of all time.
I just want V to bring me back to the times of SA. Rocking to Free Bird whilst flying upside down in my jet over the mountains.
I love AA as well, I love how both games are so overloaded with content, not only gameplay wise, but all the little back stories, character models with audio samples and all of that. Just so much love seems to have gone into those games.
If gta was fool of barely dressed 8 year olds cajun would play the shit out of it

it's hard to tell sometimes with WR. STL has this rookie who is so lost. On like 10 targets there have been 3 INTs. Lazy on routes. Loses balls in the lights. It looks like he just doesn't care but I'm not sure he just isn't really discouraged
w/ Blackmon I always had my doubts. After the BCS game last year, instead of flying with his teammates back to school, he and Dez Bryant flew to Vegas. Just always something off on him. But maybe a different QB or coach and that changes

What did you dislike about it out of curiosity? I loved the art direction and visuals but in playing through as a pure stealth game I started to find it extremely repetitious and boring. I played through the first mission and lost interest. I wanted to restart and throw pure stealth out of the window and do more of an assassin/combat playthrough but I frankly haven't gotten back to it and other games are occupying my time more (finally finished Dark Souls after 55 hours!).eznark said:
