Imagine being the ref who cut off Lunqvist's hand?

That would be some Game of Thrones type shit

BREAKING: #Blackhawks prospect & current @goicehogs Garret Ross charged with felony under IL's revenge porn statute

Other than Drew Doughty who was accused of rape, the team is rather clean in this area of criminal activity.

Beating women up though seems like their game.

....but thats a criminal activity.

Ducks-age, you have a traitor in your ranks.

He said THIS area of criminal activity. Mr. 'NPop checks out.

Armed robbery, though?

So it's that time of year and just when I thought the BJs had played their way out of a tank, I find out they're 4th in the great tank wars of 2016. And only 3 points ahead of the Laffs and 2 points ahead of the honorable Jets. Looking at their last 10 games: PHI, CAR, NSH, WSH, NYI, CAR, NYR, TOR, BUF, CHI. 4 of those are home games. I'm guessing...5 points in the last 10 games.

Maybe I'm looking too far ahead, but the Leafs could be fucked at centre if they sign Stamkos. If they sign Stamkos and Nylander keeps impressing and Marner is in the lineup and he produces... that sounds like a major problem to me. I don't see either Nylander or Marner - if they both reach their top potential - being a #3 centre.

You can't have too many Centres. They can always move to wing on the fly as needed. Also Marner is probably going to be a winger.

Yeah, I guess that's an option. I was just reading an article today about how Babcock doesn't want to move Nylander from his natural position and that got me thinking.

I hate the new NHL site as well. And it's not just disliking change or needing time to acclimate. A lot of things are wrong with it. Not seeing assists on goals unless you go into that game's scorecard/boxscore is a small but tedious issue when coupled with how slow the site has become.

Their new recap videos with random ass music... slightly better than having someone talk through it but barely. It was fine when we just heard our announcers calling the plays as it was aired...

I use the score app and TSN etc. now. They've driven me away from everything.

I don't see Marner as a centre in the NHL. His skill set is far more inclined to being a winger IMO.

Not a fan of the new design of NHL.com either. It's kinda like the PSN in that they changed it to make it prettier but now it's more difficult to navigate than it should be.

Yoooo... Melnyk sounding off on Cameron:

Melnyk also spoke of "stupidity" when Dave Cameron has used a rookie goalie (O'Connor) during the 1st home game. #ledroit

Of course, he then goes and says this:

Asked if he needed to spend more, Melnyk: "That's baloney. Absolute baloney. We throw $68 million U.S. at this. That's our payroll." #Sens

Yoooo... Melnyk sounding off on Cameron:

The goalie comment is weird. O'Connor was (and maybe he still is) a highly touted prospect. Why shouldn't the coaching staff/GM want to see how he fares in the NHL? If nothing else, it seems to have stopped the 'Play O'Connor' movement from starting after Anderson or Hammond had a bad game.

I'd chock the Sens relatively poor season up to some extremely bad luck with injuries. Are major changes (they just dumped Michalek, Greening and Cowen) really that necessary?
