Prior to that Hornqvist was bearing down on the net and it ended up sending McDonagh into Hank. He was a little shaken up for a second and his stick ended up way over in the corner, and he was looking for a whistle from the refs to allow him to get himself back together. They didn't, he got pissed, the Penguins were breaking back down ice on him, so he ragequit and tossed the net over.
Needless to say, that was a delay of game penalty.
