As expected, today was just mopping up the leftovers. A bunch of depth additions, especially defencemen.
Most of the playoff teams added something for depth so I don't see anything that causes a major change in the contenders race.

Is he a bust yet? He's certainly edging on bust territory at his age, like Klingberg with the Jets if in your early 20's you're not able to make a team without much forward depth you have to start to wonder.

I thought Baertschi was highly regarded? Maybe he just needed a new change of scenery.
Will miss that second rounder but Baertschi is more NHL ready.

We put Ben Lovejoy on the Top Pairing with Fowler because unlike the other defensemen we have he was a good skater. Ideally should have been a third pairing guy but he definitely can step up at times. Lately has played well.
Kinda weird we just traded him back to the Pens. It's like we just developed him and returned for an exchange.
I'm going to miss using this picture.
