Just finished the game.

It's been years since a game made me cry, but it managed to do so.
I don't think I'll forget this game for a while.

Wow, really a great game. Just finished 3rd playthrough. It was indeed worth the money.

Wish the game had more A2, really liked her character snd gameplay was my favorite of the three.

Woah, so guys after almost 40 hours of doing nearly all sidequest and beating the shit out of enemies on normal I finally made it to route C. So what can I say....

masterpiece! Gotg!
I don't remember a game that out of nowhere punched me in the balls this way feeling completly helpless and clueless at certain points. The intensity just keeps ramping up. The plot, the twists...I honestly didn't see this coming.
I was expecting something crazy and had some vage predictions, but so far route C has me standing there with my trousers down. Bravo!

where you beat that giant fish monster thing w/ the emp
and now
like 90% of my quests are gone. Do they ever come back or did I screw up?

Agreed. This is really the major selling point for me. I haven't gotten around to HZD or BotW yet, but those look like really compelling experience that just masterfully craft experiences we've had before. They do it so well I imagine it's like a new experience.

However, this game may not have the polish those games have, but I really think in the long run it will out shine them. At least for me personally. The final events in the main endings of this game are just things I will never forget.

The final encounter in route C is just ridiculous. The back and fourth between A2 and 9S. Jesus!

Game just left me felling like I've learned/experienced something truly profound.

They come back on subsequent playthroughs, giving you time to do them again. The ones already completed will stay that way.

Yeah I mean I appreciate that it can be more difficult but changing up from being unkillable to being one-shot by enemies is quite the difference. In general I feel that games should be balanced around a moderate difficulty on the normal setting.

Anyone that's playing this game on normal and finding it difficult must be missing some of the games features, like the ability to obtain 99 small healing items for only 10,000g.

Go to the big rabbit statue at the front of the amusement park. Attack it a LOT and it'll come alive. Then hack it for 8k+ experience per hack and like 100k experience when you defeat it. I went from 67 to 68 with the hacking and then to 70 with the kill. Reset it a handful of times for some good experience. It took around 2-3 minutes of attacking to waken it and I used the blade Pod Program for extra hits/damage as I saw that suggested online.

Wait, that's a thing? I attacked it for fun and saw it was taking damage. It didn't do anyting after a bit though.

If it
kills me, is that a secret ending?

Oh shit, didn't realise it gave that much XP.
I tried to fight it once but couldn't damage it at all since I was too under levelled.

I awakened it by remote controlling one of the machines and hacking it using the machine (Since you can't directly hack it with 9S while it's asleep).

And even then, I have to angle it properly, and I think I have to at least kill a good amount of them before doing this. But yea, keep all of that in mind.

Forgot about this method as well but I never get the options. Things always explode for me.

I did this just once to see what the fight was like and yeah, you get a lot of EXP for
hacking it.

It took me 3 tries to get it to work. I found the best approach to be:

Hack the tall robot of all the robots surrounding him. Use his attack to gun down all the other robots then when all the other robots are dead use him to hack the Gold Rabbit.

When I tried just hacking the robot straight up, it never worked.

I had this issue too. Don't
hack
any robots past the area where the statue is. That seems to be the only area where they will actually let you
remote control them.

Yes. Ideally, you should only mix them with others that are lowest possible rank, or else it loses the diamond and next thing you know you're got a Weapon Attack +7 that needs 30 slots.

Thanks much. I've been selling off chips with any cost that's above the lowest cost I could find for this exact purpose. Good to know that's what that icon means.

Are there items safe to sell? I see several that mention that they can be sold at a nice price. Not sure if any will be used for crafting/upgrades though.

I kept telling myself it's a consequence of how the game is structured so 'I need to see more' during Route A but upon completing Route B and seeing how they did 9S relatively better it didnt do the character any favours. Even with half or so of plot left, 2B has failed to grip me so far when by now I should be well-invested. I still do look forward to seeing where it all goes and hope in resolution her character resonates with me more :)

the Emil memories mission, dude, it's super sad that Emil lost memories of Kaine and Nier. And still forced to live alone. What a sad existence to have.

Btw, I did about over 70% side missions, should I continue on with main missions as

I'd recommend holding onto Desert Rose, Beast Hide, and Moose Meat for quests. All state they're safe to sell and while you can always get more you might as well hold onto them for the quests.

Desert Housing area. Just follow the path you went through for the story including where you fight Adam. Go up the backside of that room (after the Adam fight it crumbles down as you race out of there). It'll pop you out into a steep area where it has sand you slide down and a path you go up along the left wall.

Sorry, I haven't been reading up on this thread to avoid spoilers etc but I'm totally stuck. I have no idea how to move to the next major objective and all I have left in my active quest log are side missions. I feel like I've either missed something major or my game has bugged.

Can someone give me a clue on where to go? Posting links of my quest log and minimap as to avoid spoilers for other people.
