101 is the only one i don't have... But I have the US one
Pikmin is such an underrated franchise. The third one especially is absolutely amazing. I want more people to experience it.
Not sure if I'll go with Pikmin or Wind Waker.
My left wrist is in a cast till mid-June either way...can you play Pikmin with just the stylus?
Best thing about this deal is that they're giving until July 31st to register the game, meaning I can get the coins for the next Club Nintendo year (been Platinum for a while now).
Yes. Only a Club Nintendo account is requiredI don't have a Wii U, but if I buy this game and register my code will I get the digital download code regardless?
I'm sure it's been asked.
Anyone got a download size for each game? I only own the basic model with small HDD.
I think these file sizes should perhaps be added to the OP to help make a decision. (But the correct answer is always Pikmin 3)
Mario Kart 8 - 4949.8 MB
New Super Mario Bros. U - 2301.7 MB
Wind Waker HD - 2440.0 MB
Pikmin 3 - 4541.1 MB
Wii Party U - 5156.9 MB
Nintendo Land - 3416.6 MB
MH3U - 7020.1 MB
Game and Wario - 3914.4 MB
Wonderful 101 - 12.8 GB
Sonic Lost World - 8474.6 MB
Mario and Sonic 2014 - 9741.4 MB

The 3ds is doing pretty well and Nintendo did a promotion for $30 eshop credit when you bought Fire Emblem and SMT, both very popular games. So I don't think your argument holds any water
Buy the game. Register it. Get the Code. Sell or Trade it to someone else for $30. Get the Wonderful 101.
This is very tempting, but I'd rather have physical copies of all these games. So still no MK8 for me.

Dont forget, you also get the DDP points for the free game as well. Also, DDP Wii U owner's should get £5 back, right? So it's a free game + one other free VC game for me.
Never played pikmin, but I highly suggest wwhd
Wow, that is really a hard decision. Get both. Totally worth it
Pikmin 3 is such an awesome game I had never played a Pikmin game before picking this one up and it's one of my favorites on the console, plus bingo battle to play some multi player
Honestly if you never played the original WW then just get WWHD. Pikmin 3 is a brilliant game but Wind Waker (HD) is a masterpiece.
You're lucky that WWHD can be the first time you experience it.
...well shit. If you have a wii remote and nunchuk, then it makes Pikmin a stronger proposition since the dual-analog controls aren't great IMO. If not, then go with Wind Waker.... and then get Pikmin later.

You could sell the digital code.Looks like I'll finally be getting Wonderful 101.
Edit:
NOOO!!!
I already own all of those. Oh well, my gaming plate is already completely full right now anyway.
Nintendo losing out on a $30 sale doesn't seem as bad as losing out on a $60 sale, does it? Like maybe this is twice as bad?
Well now I have a new predicament on my hands. Do I need a special cable to use an external portable hard drive on the Wii U? I'm gonna need it for Pikman 3.
No Club Nintendo in Sweden((
Wait, are we able to give these codes away or is it locked to our Nintendo ID? I might just give it to a friend.
