Nintendo desperately needs to focus on real gamers. Enough with this childish obsession with “fun” and “accessibility.” The future of gaming is all about multimedia integration and mandatory online connectivity. Why waste time making games for everyone when they could be making a console that truly caters to the hardcore crowd?

Picture this: a Nintendo system with high-fidelity, cinematic experiences with an emphasis on gritty realism. Maybe even a required Kinect-style camera for maximum immersion. That’s how you win over the true gaming audience.

Until Nintendo stops making consoles for “everyone” and starts prioritizing the real gamers, they’ll never reach their full potential.

Nintendo are not capable of working at this level. Just sub HD era kiddy stuff. Also they don't have the mustle and R&D to innovate .. just takes whatever cheap shit readily available on the market.

Also your bolded paragraph simply describe Sony, you are better investing in Playstation.

You will get better 3rd party support too.

I hope Mario has become a sad dad in the next game.
I want it to be a cinematic over the shoulder action adventure game where half the game is spent on Mario and his son Giuseppe talking about their feeling.
At the end of every level you get to play an unskippable 30 minutes sequence with barely any gameplay where Mario recalls not only his encounters with xenophobia as an Italian immigrant but also the classism of those looking down on plumbers. Later on, just as you are starting to enjoy the gameply it's time for a 50 minute sequence where Giuseppe struggles against various forms of prejudices as he has fallen madly in love with a male Goomba

Yeah, dont pay attention to people making fun of you. you are right. I and forsee the SW2 to be a bigger flop than WiiU. The writing is on the wall to be honest. PC Handheld gaming is poised to dominate gaming next gen. and not only that. Gen Alpha only plays Fornite and Roblox and the only follow twitch streamers that play on PC. Nintedo is in biiiig trouble. and they know it. this is why they have been afraid of releasing the SW2 sonner. they want to make the most money possible now before going broke in the next 10 years.

Nintendo need to be capable of making good stories for me to get completely invested in them like i used to be. Too many of their first party games have almost non existent storytelling and i'm at an age where i want a good story.

You have PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. You guys will be the first to cry and throw a tantrum that the industry is sinking but will try and exclude everyone that aren't exactly like you. How selfish.

There is a reason the Nintendo Switch is one of the best selling console of all time. There is definitely a market.

The OP's little improvement included mandatory online connectivity and gritty realism delivered through Kinect.

You might wish that Nintendo had the "muscle" to do these things but most gamers do not.

The reason you got mocked is because you are the type of person the OP is parodying.

The improvements most people want for Switch 2 is a graphics upgrade and more third party games.
