Why does Nintendo do this to me?Welp, it's sold out already.
Are you talking about the physical deluxe set that's listed on the Nintendo Store? If so then keep this in mind:Welp, it's sold out already.
July 18 is way too close to wait to announce it til the June Direct. And clearly nothing else is coming til August/September at the earliest.Another filler title for 2024, we need that June Direct.
Also this is an odd way to announce it haha
There is zero similarity to how they’ve supported Switch vs how they supported Wii U.Nintendo doing the Switch like they did the Wii-U as its life comes to an end. lol.
"Thanks for the money, now buy our next product!"
It really does look great. I wonder if this will pop up on Amazon.co.jp or Play-Asia.The Japanese special edition looks pretty dope.
I meant that I think they are saving the exciting announcements for the June Direct, which is why we've only got filler games recently. Sorry for the confusion .July 18 is way too close to wait to announce it til the June Direct. And clearly nothing else is coming til August/September at the earliest.
Also, I mean, clearly it’s not a premium AAA $60 release.
The Deluxe? Yeah they don’t make very many. NoA loves to sell out of limited run physical copiesWhat sold out!!
I doubt it’ll do very well. Marketed to hardcore NES lovers, but that’s not who would buy the game. At least for the most part.Perfect game for the social media crowd. No more than 30 seconds of game at a time.
Hopefully they bring the Remix series back though or integrate remix type challenges, because from what I see these are all vanilla challenges found in their original games with their original characters. Racing to an exit door in Metroid, as Samus really? Saving grace might be leader boards if you're into that sort of thing, but the mini challenges shown thus far seem mundane. It's NES Remix pretty much, but I'm down. Cool deluxe edition.
No. Those are SMB, Tetris, and Rad Racer. So these cartridges are no longer worth anything?

Oh well, I guess the scalpers will get my money on this one .. *sigh*
Is there a way to order the JPN version? Are those Famicom controllers functional? If that's the same price, I may go in on that, it's terrific.
FunTake on incredible challenges like :
- reaching the first door of the game
- grabbing the first mushroom of the game
- defeating the very first enemy you encounter in the game
WTF is this shit ?
"Not Available"Is there a way to order the JPN version? Are those Famicom controllers functional? If that's the same price, I may go in on that, it's terrific.
Physical version can be grabbed here, at least for now: https://www.gamestop.com/video-game...ips-nes-edition---nintendo-switch/408781.html

I believe they did in Japan.Everything except the game itself looks stunning.
Is this the first time Famicom replica controllers are available as slide ins for Switch or did those always exist?
I went to the original in 1990.Why do all the people that competed in 2017 look like they've aged 20 years?
