15+ year old game people, and somehow a game that came out two years ago screws up both the Macho Man Elbow, and the Guerrero Frog Splash.

I was gladdened to see this match on there;

Great Sasuke, Gran Hamada and Masato Yakushiji v. Taka Michinoku, Dick Togo and Terry Boy (Barely Legal 1997)

Wish Vince had seen the value of the M-Pro guys. Could've been a real counterpoint to the WCW cruiserweights if they'd stuck with it, but all it seemed WWF cared about at the time was TAKA and trying to get Jerry's son over. Also, OG Kaientai were awesome.

They put Malenko vs Scotty on there?! GREAT. That match was freaking incredible. Malenko with that freaking murder DDT though

Well IIRC, Sasuke was supposed to be the guy, not TAKA. But Sasuke fucked up or something so TAKA took his spot

Huh, I never knew that - I just thought Sasuke was there to get his former student over, in exchange for Undertaker appearing in M-Pro that one time.

"Sasuke would later brag to the Japanese media how [if he won the tournament to crown the WWF Light Heavyweight Champion] he would only defend the title in Japan and would refuse to drop the title on WWF television. When the WWF heard of Sasuke's comments, he was fired as well as Michinoku Pro's working agreement with WWF terminated."

Lol, you dumbass Sasuke.

I went to find the 'Great Sasuke...he's INSANE!" video only to discover it'd been deleted off youtube. Now I'm sad.

Anywho, sounds like the WWNLive lads and ladies are having a hell of a time in China - really looking forward to seeing the VODs for these shows. Last night in Emei they drew over 2,500 fans who got to see what's probably the first ever wrestling title change on Chinese soil;
Rich Swann defeated Trent Baretta to win the FIP title
.

According to PWInsider.com, WWE filed a motion on 11/12 asking for a time extension so they could properly prepare a response to the lawsuit filed against them by former wrestler Billy Jack Haynes.

Magistrate Judge Janice M. Stuart agreed to WWE’s motion, and the company now has until 12/30/14 to respond to Haynes’ allegations.

For those unaware, Haynes filed a 30 pages lawsuit against WWE claiming the company “has, for decades, subjected its wrestlers to extreme physical brutality that it knew, or should have known, caused long-term irreversible bodily damage, including brain damage.”

So I was randomly channel surfing and happen to stumble on TNA.

I saw the Funkasaurus in the background! Did they future endeavor him? What's the story there?

Also saw some dude delivering some decent promo work and realized it was MVP with a shaved head. He's gotten pretty good. Lashley also looks terrible and their one legged veteran storyline is pretty meh.

Anything new in the E? Or they still cycling Cena Orton matches.

Brodus Clay was released by the WWE and he is currently working on a show-by-show basis for TNA. His name in TNA is Tyrus.

Lashley was arguably the best-booked champion in any promotion this year. TNA did a really good job with him once he won the belt. I enjoyed his match with Aries.

The WWE is going through a lot of changes as they scramble to minimize losses they're experiencing due to the WWE Network. But yes, John Cena and Randy Orton wrestled at the last WWE PPV. Their tag division is comprised of The Usos, Dust Bros., Matadores, and...no one else of note. Their champion, Brock Lesnar, hasn't wrestled in over a month. They're hurting due to the losses of CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and Roman Reigns.

I...would be very surprised if he won, but wouldn't be surprised if they threw some money his way.

*thumbs up*

More releases incoming according to Metsfan4ever.

Who do we think is disappearing?

-Heath Slater
-Titus O'Neil

??...Maybe?

Just trying to think of guys who haven't had a lot of purpose or focus lately.

Would have said Zack Ryder, but he's just had surgery for a shoulder injury, they usually don't release injured guys.
Gonna guess Fandango, Emma, Otunga, Curtis Axel and R-Truth seem likely to me.

Titus depends on how they viewed his performance down in his NXT sojourn. Brodus Clay got one to see how he performed under a spotlight, sucked ass, and got released. Tyson Kidd flourished and now he's got a comfortable midcard spot on the main roster.

I doubt they'll ever release Slater, he's a great jobber.

Loving Lucha Underground, such a different 'feel' to the usual wrestling show.

That triple threat match was awesome - some killer moves in there, the jump off of the roof spot was a bit OTT though.

Depends on how tight they're planning on getting. "The world's greatest low-card jobber" probably isn't that secure of a position when they're cutting costs big time.

Flippy Indy Shit (FIS) is the best. We could also call it Flippy Indy Bullshit to get the FIBS acronym. What say you, Wrassle bros?

Justin Gabriel, definitely. Maybe some randoms in NXT.

So I'm watching the Pillman DVD and it has a bit with a bunch of guys who transferred from football to wrestling. It shows a split about what they achieved in wrestling and most guys have a bunch of titles, like so.

Then this popped up and it just cracked me up

Bootaay, that Jumbo v Misawa MV you linked to on twitter is great. You have a link to some of those matches? I want to burn through some 90s heavyweight action while playing fantasy life
