Also in Japan the tax for stock is 0% for less than 170k profit (nisa) , 20% flat outside nisa and 0% commission in zero course.

They really don’t want people to buy crypto here .

you can trade crypto on a hard wallet over a DEX and the government will never know you have it. Not to get to political but we have, lets say a zeitgeist here in America that isn't big into the whole tax thing. The IRS might even cease to exist soon. Spending and services will be cut and everything will be financed through tariffs and consumption taxes.
