With every American its pretty bad. But with the GOP he is still at 85%, blows my mind really.

Well the GOP doesn't care what he does (the party or the supporters). All they care about is that they got an R in the presidents chair that should theoretically be less obstructionist to their will and one that nothing seems to stick to even though he's a lightning rod for controversy. His supporters love that he's like a gottti, the Teflon Don.

I'd 'hope' that (using terms very loosely here) that the 85% is mainly due to wanting a republican in power who will undo the black man's work, not a Dem and not because they actually approve of their leader being a stooge of Russia aka communists, who are second only to black people in the republican shit list it seems

A portion of the 85% are because of an R next to the name. A portion is because Hillary was the devil incarnate sent to eat their souls. A portion have the combined iq of a lemur.

There's overlap there

Trump made 3 signature campaign promises:

1. Repeal and replace Obamacare
2. Build a 4-story tall double-wall on the border, that also goes underground.
3. Bring manufacturing jobs back.

If one year from now none of them have happened Trump's support among Republicans should soften.

Since you are stating this for a fact, please tell me what leads to this hard claim. I actually think it is quite offensive to claim people believe something or don't believe something contrary to their own statement (without any proof that is).

Common sense about a narcissistic, pandering conman who couldn't correctly quote you a damn thing from the bible off the top of head. It also doesn't matter if you find this offensive.

I feel like that is insulting to a Lemur, can we agree on the IQ of a rock?

Well Health care ain't looking too rosey
That wall is at most a small fence
And aren't most of his and his families products made outside of the US?

surely already they should be....wait I'm assuming his supporters aren't mad too again aren't I?

Trump is now at just repeal Obamacare! We don't need a replacement, just get rid of Obamacare!

That would be actually be worse. Not only would millions and millions of people lose healthcare, but it would be immediate, not couple years down the line.

The real question is: what will come of it? And when?

Depends on if Jr. is interested in saving himself and spills the beans to Mueller. If he flips he can fuck over several people while getting off with slightly less time in jail, but he is fucked either way if Mueller decides to pursue this too.

When? Some time in future, just think Mueller's probe as 1-2 year thing so you don't get too excited.

Really? I would have thought calling him someone who has had intercourse with his own mother would be quite offensive on its own. Or do you accept that one without evidence?

I know Alex Jones like other fruit cake media all do it for money but how could you look at yourself in the mirror defending these people. It's like yeah, I'm cool supporting a traitor etc. Do you really want history to remember you batted for Trump and other horrible people.

They don't care about history in general. Just what they can gain now. Winning and defending the fact that they voted in a dangerous imbecile matters more than even the possibility that he could destroy democracy for future generations.

Hey let's not start insulting lemurs here. They are intelligent and amazing creatures. The opposite of republicans.

I find it impossible to see Trump resigning and the GOP are utterly spineless. I don't see how he leaves office other than being voted out. This should be enough to sink any politician anywhere but hey up.

Remember that Watergate took more than a year to fully play out, and that this situation is even more complicated due to the involvement of a foreign government.

Oh, lol, I guess this is something people already brought up.

Yes. People come in and complain that it's not over or they have no faith because it's item #20 of a "big headline that should hurt"

Well it's not quite like waiting for, say, paint to dry or something. Every day President Trump is in office everything gets a little bit worse and we all get closer to catastrophe. It's understandable that people are impatient and want him gone, now.

The only way I can see him resigning is if he can save face. Place the blame on liberals for damaging his family or something along those lines.

The Russian lawyer who met with Don Trump Jr. had tangled with Preet Bharara before he was fired

That is probably meant as an insult and not as a claim for fact,

Common sense about a narcissistic, pandering conman who couldn't correctly quote you a damn thing from the bible off the top of head. It also doesn't matter if you find this offensive.
Being narcisstic and having a lack of knowledge of the bible's content is not at all incompatible with being superstitious / believing Yahwe exists and Jesus was his son, died and was resurrected.

The real question is: what will come of it? And when?

Nobody knows.

This is like asking if you will win the lottery next week.

Nobody knows. It takes time. It's a lot of data. The population is generally not the brightest.

You can't just flood them with information and expect them to know what is going on.

You give them information piece by piece. Build a story around facts. So if something comes of it someday, the public will be more educated, because you feed them a certain amount of information instead of rushing everything.

A (lifelong) bullshit artist and/or another ignorant, religious hypocrite. It really doesn't matter.

reading the latest tweets of Trump.
It just reminds me of Russia. Unbelievable. Facts don't matter to them. All this #whataboutism and fakenews.

That prayer photo is so staged and so cynical that it's actually making me queasy. The "religious right" are being played for fools, and they'll suck it down, wipe off their chins, and ask for more. What a farce.

That Times article is really something. They're referring to the Steele dossier, of course. Almost all of the links in their articles reference back to other Washington Times opinion pieces. So, yeah.

And this is why Christianity as it is practiced by a large swath of Americans is a sham and an embarrassment.

And I say that as someone who was raised in the church.

Guys, as a Christian (Presbyterian), I can confirm with others that this hand prayer thingy happens in a lot of churches.

It's like a spirit bukkake. You surround the person you want to shoot your spirit all over and your hands are the integral part of the whole spirit conductivity.

Depending on the theology of the church, the head is off limits unless it's from an ordained Pastor or elder in the church.

From the outside it seems weird but from the inside it's weird.

Matthew 7:13-14

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."

Yep.

Does that article switch from calling him Carter Page to Mr. Page to Mr. Carter halfway through? Lol

Also no named sources, and someone told me to not believe stories like that.
