There isn't anything in the Constitution about a redo election. The Supreme Court would have to get involved and they won't be happy about it. It would be a true Constitutional crisis. But that's why we have the line of succession.

There is no mechanism for a new election, just a very long line of succession.

As a recap, Attorney General Sally Yates went to McGahn about Flynn on Jan. 26. They met in a SCIF on the 26th & 27th. Yates was fired on the 30th.
