All this does is draw attention to the investigation itself though. They aren't killing what's happening with the Senate and FBI. They're emboldening their efforts to discover the truth.
Didn't see this discussed anywhere but apparently the WH has invited the congressional committees to the WH to view some intel documents.

MSNBC actually talked about this right after the spicer briefing and the person they went to feels that none of the committee should be going to the white house..

Who's to say they didn't? Nunes' claim about going to the WH to "inform" Trump could be complete BS. He very well may have been there so they could discuss strategy.

Something thats been glanced over that's pretty interesting is that a reporter on a panel with Cooper last night was pretty much explicitly saying that alot of the IC believes that Trump and Co are running a massive cover-up right now and have been blocking them at different points throughout this investigation.
I doubt they can pull the wool over many people's eyes.
Maybe the WH is about to actually follow through with something. Nunes has been saying he's been waiting on reports from the IC.

It's worth reading this subthread on Reddit about how this is plainly obstruction of justice by anyone (like, oh, say, Trump himself) who told Cohen-Watnick to give the intel to Nunes. And Trump is directly linked to Cohen-Watnick, keeping him despite ousting Flynn, and I'm sure it was for *reasons*.
