If you know months in advance that you have a big house show you can televise, why not just treat it like a special show? Doesn't have to be PPV special, but you could at least give people something a little different or novel. A title change, a match you wouldn't normally see, something. If they have Brock on another televised house show between now and Wrestlemania, they really should have him have a match with Cesaro, not because I'm a Cesaro fan (though I am) but because Cesaro literally exists to have great matches with top guys and make them look like a million bucks, and he's one of the few people on the roster that could have a genuinely competitive match with Brock without it seeming ludicrous, so even if you know that of course Brock is going to win, there can still be uncertainty going into the match re: just what will happen in it, how long it'll go, etc.

I dunno, just seems like a waste to televise a house show if you're not gonna do anything with it.

Cesaro basically got squashed as a way to build Big Show for Lesnar. Granted, in three months that loss won't matter or even be remembered, but it shows that they don't consider Cesaro anywhere near a challenge for a "top guy".

The attraction was pretty much Lesnar and Lesnar only. His match, his "tour", his show. That was the "special attraction". Like, of all the things you could get on WWE.about these days (and there are plenty), a house show doesn't seem to be aa really big one.
