This is actually a port of a computer game ("Strider II" on most systems) that was developed by Tiertex and published by U.S. Gold, and only licensed from Capcom. The computer versions were all Europe-only, we only got the Genesis and Game Gear versions. Do you really think Capcom would have the rights to it? (Either way of course, given its mediocrity, it wouldn't be worth it anyway...)
Mickey Mousecapade, if it's held by Hudson, would likely be no problem aside from the Disney license. As for Strider II...

The game was published by U.S. Gold (under license from Capcom USA) and developed by Tiertex, and was originally released for various computer platforms (the Commodore Amiga, Atari ST, Commodore 64, Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum) in 1990.
