Can't comment on all of those games, but as for these:
Kirby's Dream Land 3 - Nintendo game, so this should be nearly guaranteed. It was already ESRB-rated for Wii, too.
Super Bonk's Adventure - Hudson's been the most supportive third-party on VC. This should be nearly guaranteed too.
Super Adventure Island - See Super Bonk.
Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose - Licensed game, so I doubt it.

It's not even a game like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on NES, which probably only came out because at least there was a new modern series to be promoted.
---- Action ------------------------------------------------------
Zombies Ate My Neighbors - This was once rated by the ESRB and then removed. Looks unlikely.

Also, I believe some of the rights were owned by LucasArts, and they've put nothing up on VC so far.
Kirby's Superstar - Nintendo is making some sort of port/remake on DS. I still think it'll come to VC eventually, though, but probably not until at least two years after that DS release so they can get maximum sales out of the DS version first.
Demon's Crest - I hope so. Oh, I really hope so. But regardless of whether Capcom or Nintendo is actually at fault, Capcom games have been slow to go up... :/
Skyblazer - Not happening unless Sony goes third-party or teams up with Nintendo for some reason.
Goof Troop - Another licensed game like Tiny Toon Adventures. (By the way, I seem to remember this being more of a puzzle game. Not sure, though.)
---- Adventure --------------------------------------------------
EVO the Search for Eden - This is probably considered lower-tier than ActRaiser and (I hope) considered higher-tier than King's Knight, so maybe there's a chance. This is more like an action RPG than an adventure, by the way. Or even just straight action, with minor RPG elements.
---- Run & Gun --------------------------------------------------
Super Turrican 1-2 - Super Turrican is already up. Super Turrican 2 is ESRB-rated, and Factor 5 had already made the other two SNES/Genesis Turrican games available.
---- Beat-em-up ------------------------------------------------
Knights of the Round - See Demon's Crest. (I want Demon's Crest a lot more than this, though, but I think they have about the same odds.)
---- Action RPG -------------------------------------------------
Super Adv Island 2 - See the other Hudson games.
---- Strategy ----------------------------------------------------
Ogre Battle - I worry about this one quite a bit. Square-Enix seems to hate this series, since they own the license and haven't done a thing with it. :/
---- Puzzle ------------------------------------------------------
Tetris/Dr. Mario - Nintendo would want people to buy Dr. Mario Online Rx, especially since that comes with its own great viral marketing tool so that Nintendo fans can do what Nintendo won't and sell their friends on WiiWare.
