I'm really hoping Femme Fatale isn't her last album, but I'm kind of sensing that now. If she wants to quit the entertainment business, I certainly wouldn't blame her because she's been through more shit than any celebrity besides maybe MJ.
 
YAY 10 pages.

We're already WAAAAAAY more successful than the Circus thread where in the end the last few pages where just me and toy soldier lol. We still have stuff to look forward like overseas promo, single speculation, music videos, rihmix, mag covers, tour and shit.

I dont think its her last album tbh. But it might be a while before we get another one. She's proven she's worth the wait for her music though.... Blackout anyone??
 
I was listening to Blackout yesterday and the pussy popping potential of that album is as strong as it was on release day.

Yeah well, even if she does retire from music her brand will still be mega-powerful, I think.
 
Blackout is one of my favorite albums of all time. Hotdamn. I will never have enough of this album. Though Femme Fatale is getting a lot of flak and it's saddening me. I've been listening to a lot of music in the past two months, and the musical gap (as in, sound) between Blackout/Circus and Femme Fatale is HE-UGE. It's more in line with Blackout but still it's much, much different. It's such a lovely experimental album and I hope it gets the attention it deserves eventually.

Can anyone, like, PM me a bunch of remixes and demos and stuff? I just finished watching For The Record (I know, late!) and the DVD has 6 remixes and I guess I want more. I used to download every remix/thingamajing but then started anew (ripping CDs and only seeking HQ music) and I'm sure there's more to Britney remixes than iTunes.

I'm not sure if I'm violating anything... I think those Internet mixes are free.

I feel Blackout and Femme Fatale hold their own against each other quite well.

The first half of Blackout destroys Femme Fatale's first half

but IMO the second half of Femme Fatale is better than Blackout's second half.

The bonus tracks round goes for Circus though.

Have you listened to the Blackout demos, Echoes?

I like it, I never realized it until now but S&M is a perfect song for Britney. Also, that's the most I've heard Britney try to sing without her vocals being obviously processed.
 
Finally found a song that can give inside out a break. I wonder why they did this though. Hopefully Rihanna ends up featuring on a FF song.

I'd kill to see a Britney sex tape. Bet she's a freak in bed.
 
Z100 just announced a Till The World Ends remix is coming our way with a featured artist. My money is on either:

a) Rihanna because its only fair she's featured on a Brit track now that Brit did a featuring on hers

b) Nicki Minaj because she's going on tour with Brit soon

c) Ke$ha because she wrote TTWE


I hope its Rihanna. I stan so hard for that bitch!

inthezone, thanks a lot for the link. I listened to half of it and... it's not bad. I think they made the right choices with Blackout because it turned out exceptionally good.

I loved S&M. Britney's voice in it destroys the entirety of Femme Fatale, because it seemed so natural unlike the auto-tune mess in FF (which I don't mind but irritates me because she has a unique cute voice).

I think it's funny because I used to hate Rihanna so much. Everything about her ticked me off. Until one month ago when I decided to get Loud & Rated R and I consider those my favorite Pop album ever. AND THEN they announce a collaboration. <3

Oh, and TTWE was released on my bday.

Yup, Britney's secretly in love with me. I knew it.
 
I actually liked the remix but yeah, it didn't change that much. And I want to see a video too a la GaGa/Beyonce (and I vote for Rihanna in the TTWE remix).

OMG JUST THE THOUGHT OF THAT HAPPENING. I will have a meltdown of the century if my Queens unite for one song.

Too bad it's likely not happening anytime soon.
 
This mess of collabs for hype is a bit disappointing, especially if TTWE remix will be a slapped on vocal and not a remix with any effort.
 
Britney sounds good, but this song's lyrics are wacky. Who says they are "good at sex." lol. You love the smell of sex in the air? lululu
 
The Rihmix is #1 on itunes and the superior original version is also in the top 10. Rihsus is soooo gonna score that 10th #1 and if Brit gets credited she will score her 5th #1.

The Tour dates and ticket dates have been officially announced. Im still on the fence about going :/

It's the entire album mixed cleverly in a way that makes it like an interconnected album from beginning to end. It's not just "bridging" between songs. Having fun with it.
 
Can't stop listening to the snm remix. whoever said Britney has the perfect slut voice is so right. especially when she sings 'make my body go ah ah ah' Makes me smile everytime.

Anyway any updates on TTWE's remix yet?

Nicki's verse reminds me so much of her Kanye's Monster verse.

Ke$ha was a bit unnecessary tbh and once her part ends and the chorus kicks the chorus loses strengh when in the original it had more strenght. Plus I like Brit's voice much more than Ke$ha on TTWE.

IKR. Her voice is so cute. I also love the "Shame on MEEEEEE" part lol. It has to be the next single or just become a single with a good budget video.

The remix might be bearable if it was released before S&M collboration (and Judas, for that matter). It's boring, and GOD, Ke$ha? Nicki? What the fuck are amateurs doing in a Britney track? It's not like she collaborates every now and then. Makes me sad. From Madonna to fucking Ke$ha.

Oh well.
