I guess a little if you change who your backups are at certain positions (LB, CB, S), but other than that, no. They really need to add formation subs back into the game, it's frustrating for me to have to make certain changes every single game.

The only way thing I know is that the 4th and 5th spots in the CB depth chart decides who the gunner is on punts. I think everything else is just 3rd string TE, 4th string LB's, and such.

I wanted to draft Alan Fancher and his 99 ELU rating but Crow stole him out from under me in that round, so I took Greenwood.I knew I should have drafted that fucker sooner. Oh well.

There should be a standard achievement system to keep chievers happy. Developers just cut and paste their chievos from 360 to PS3 and PC anyway. I bet Nintendo caves within a year and has a system wide achievement system.
