Official Madden 13 Xbox 360 Online Franchise Thread:Stat padding? Never heard of him.

just so we're all clear on whats happening tomorrow/sunday:

at 9 am, everyone needs to be in the AIM chat or at least here in the thread. if you aren't here then i'm assuming you have no interest in free agent bidding. once i confirm that everyone who is present has submitted the bids they want for that stage, i move to the next stage of bidding and repeat the process until the FA bidding period is done.

once that is done, i will advance to the pre-draft stage (the stage right before the draft but that still lets us scout). we will stay at this stage until the draft so you can scout to your hearts content.

then, i will advance to the pre-season. we will not be playing the pre-season but i will not advance to the regular season until i have all 32 confirmations that people have cut their roster down to 53. i dont want the game taking your nobodies away (although it took carson from rors apparently!) so the odds are that we probably vance to the regular season at some point between sunday and tuesday (depending on how long everyone takes to do their cuts)

any questions? issues?

- Washington Redskins CB Quentin Gunsby out 11 weeks with a pectoral injury
- New England Patriots DT Vince Wilfork out 22 weeks with a broken ankle
- Green Bay Packers WR Greg Jenning out 18 weeks with a pectoral tear
- Jacksonville Jaguars WR Laurent Robinson out 1 week with a ruptured disk
- New York Giants CB Prince Amukamara out 2 weeks with broken ribs

I wonder if they heal before the start of the season?!

lol wtf. i noticed the wilfork injury but didn't know if it was something that happened in the regular season or not

Carson will be back. I had the same thing happen with Todd McClure and low and behold here he is in the free agent list looking to be signed.

Asshole took a year off and never spoke to his coach :/

Doesn't the team he was with own his rights? That's why Jake Plummer never came back. And, ironically, why Palmer wasn't coming back.

Tennessee has agreed to trade the Oakland Raiders their 2nd and 5th round picks for Safety Michael Huff.
Tennessee has also released Center Eugene Amano.




Last season had this weird funky feel to it. But now that I have my overpaid Safety, all is right. God I hope I can resign him next season.

I do! But not for 8 mil and two draft picks. One being a high second. Also he is getting old.

Fucking nnamdi makes 9 mil. I'm not paying a safety anywhere near that.

He's not that old and they aren't high picks. It's a mid round pick. He won more games than you think!

And he hasn't regressed a single point.

anyway, Gunsby should be healthy by the start of the season... he was literally 33 weeks during week 13 so by some math he should be okay.

I'm actually good to go on the whole FA process. Put bids in that I wouldn't want to go any higher on since they are pretty hefty. Fuck D prestige.

I guess I'll be back after this FA stuff.

Other than a couple of position that most of us are strong at, its lackluster. Next off-season will get interesting. Tons of guys are up and the well is running dry with a few teams already.
