Depends on the position. Block shedding is good, but for LBs, the primary traits are tackle and pursuit. For DT, it's PMV and BSH. I use that for my ends too. My whole line is nothing but power guys. Most people use FMV for DEs. PMV can't hurt for 3-4 OLBs either.
Ya, I've been doing recognition on LBs since its cheap and my guys are all vets.

also, if you are doing a draft day "trade" (i.e. any trades involving a player and a pick, or picks for picks) you can complete the trade now and it doesn't need to be approved. i know i said draft "day" which is tomorrow, but some people might not be around or something and i don't see how it hurts to just allow it now.
so complete any of your draft day trades now! once the draft is over, any trades revert back to needing approval. and as i said, any trades you make now without approval must include a draft pick. otherwise, it still needs to be approved. so if i trade willis to the eagles for mike vick i still need to have it approved. but if i trade willis to the eagles for a 7th rounder it doesn't need to be approved
