I thought Shawn was going out of town? He made reference to it if memory serves me correct.
I was thinking about the Jets last night, and while I still think that team is weak, things can change after the next roster update. Washington is going to be a game breaking back, Clemens has a good arm, two good WR, David Harris is a monster, and you can always put in Vilma as well, Revis is going to get a boost as well. Having to potentially deal with Jones and Washington is giving me nightmares.
Edit: I think Rors was referencing snapping the ball while the WR is in motion, and not set. He's all for motioning a WR, just let them set before you snap. For example, if you're CB is in man coverage and your opponent motions his WR, your CB will be a few steps behind since he has to avoid the LB'S and CB's on the field. This causes separation, and if you snap before the WR is set, you get a pretty nice start.
With that said, there are a bunch of formations that have auto-motion with a WR that hasn't come to a set stop, or goes through the O-Line when running his route.
