For what it's worth, I've tried to get in the last couple of seasons and have been one of the 2-3 left out each time. I did manage to make it in half-way through season 9 for someone that flaked. And I was the 1st non-returning player to post in this thread.
Hmmm....maybe it sounds like I'm begging a little, but you've gotta give me something for my persistence...right?

I'm not sure when FMT will be back so send me a PM, Airbrian, and if you and CJ have no conflicts we can get the picks done now, order be damned.
I also think Birdman should get the spot (unofficially). I wish we had two free spots...but Birdman proved himself in the rookie league and has been waiting a longer time to get in. That's just my take on it. I'm sure we'll need a replacement and that could be Trasher.

Sorry maybe i'm confused but your first sentence is throwing me off. Is airbrian guaranteed one of the last two spots? I didnt see his name on the draft list thats why I ask. I just was under the impression it was three people fighting for the last two spots (airbrian, birdman, and trasher) and lj and cj left to pick in the draft.

Even after the season started, I posted interest (before LJ) in taking over the Bills after their owner flaked, but he got that team because he is really a Bills fan (which I don't mind BTW). I just figured I'd be next in line to take over a team. Then ChrisJames and AirBrian were contacted directly to take over for the next two owners that got booted/flaked, so I had no shot at those teams.

I'd say the AFC East is better than the AFC South--three guys in that division could make the playoffs. Livewire has LJ and Wellie to deal with, are there any images of Tom Brady crying out in the Internets ether.

Hmmm...interesting picks and divisions....I definitely like how the top tier players aren't all concentrated on one side of the conference anymore. The road to the playoffs looks alot easier this time around. Hopefully a 12-4 record this time around will actually amount to something other that three straight playoff road games!

i say again friends: if you have any desire to see any stats left take a look at them within the next couple hours.
the schedule is ready and i need to get to work on entering it because it is time consuming.
i will also be "advancing" to the new season complete with basic MVP awards and so on. GAF awards will follow in the coming week.
p.s. airbrian if you want tips i can teach you how to get to the superbowl with the 49ers. but i can't teach you how to win it

I don't see the need for more than maybe (at most) a 1 game preseason. Except for one person, we're all returning players. In the past the preseason served as a way for people to get used to the league and entering stats more than anything IMO. If you want to play practice games with your new team, just go on AIM and find someone. That's just my take..I'll

I'm already signed in to the league (since I filled in season 9), so you can assign the Dolphins to me
......or am I gonna have to go through a play-in?
