It may be that the rule is just unclear, because I've read that and still wasn't sure if what Ando described was against the rules.... I guess my question is whether moving a safety forward, and then highlighting the other is addressed under this rule.. since that's not really a case of moving "multiple" guys towards the line... but I think it's obviously different than calling press coverage.

I actually just turned it the fuck off. It pissed me off. I have to walk the dog and pass out, I have to be up early and work tomorrow. I will check to see what the settings are tomorrow
edit: ok, I was curious, and my weapons are on. But I still can't seem to get past the kickoff with anyone. I tried 3 or 4 quick matches. Maybe my internet is just real slow tonight, or something is fucked up with EA. I played Halo and COD4 tonight and they worked just fine.

we actually get to choose our team, but when it comes to the coin flip time we select then right before we can pick what time of kick or return it says you have been disconnected... sucks... thanks EA
As for the rule 50 posted, that to me means that you cant set up safeties or other people up at the line of scrimmage as to load them for the run. If I ever move someone on Defense it is usually when the team I am going against has 4 to 5 WR on the field and my D is lined up all wrong and they need to be aligned so that they can cover the guy. If I dont then their WR is WIDE open while my defensive guy is on the other side of the field just chilling. I will never move a CB/FS/DB to get in place to stop a run or close to the line. I have no idea what Ando is getting at. stop jumping into the end zone too

I agree with what it means.. as for your issue, isn't there an audible to get your guys to align this way? (Just curious.... as far as I'm concerned if that's what you're doing it's not a big deal)
Anyhow, I can't say what Ando saw or thought he saw, but in my case last year (I have no idea who I was playing), that definitely wasn't the case. My opponent was moving the safety forward a good 5-7 yards and maybe slightly outside. In my eyes, that was expressly done to cheat against the run but still put him in a decent position to react to a pass. I didn't complain about it because I didn't think it broke the letter of the rule...
yea that to me is cheap... that is like selecting coverage audible then hitting left on the Dpad.
What i do is more like what coverage audible plus hitting Right on the Dpad, unfortunately this years game doesnt do that for my players, sometimes it even puts them more out of place or nothing at all.

My understanding is that you *can* take one safety and move him around, as long as you play with that safety. I frequently bring a safety to the line to load up on the run. I frequently take a safety and line them up directly over the #1 receiver. From the way the rule is worded, I think this is okay.
I would say 6 p.m. PT would work well for me... pretty sure I can make that time regardless of whatever plans the wife does or doesn't set up. Why don't we tentatively set that time... if for some weird reason that doesn't work for me, I should know early -- i.e: by noonish tomorrow.

Rhodes will probably cut. He hasn't done shit and they moved him to KR just to get some productivity out of him, but we have Higgins/Carr/Dwight....
